Don't waste your time and money

In and out of hotel is like a prison camp, you have to wait for iron gate open if and only if they notice you are at outside gate. I have to claim over a 10 feet gate to go to lobby tell them to open gate for my wife I guess the area is very bad. Too cheap to install a door bell. Breakfast don't bother. Swimming pool a joke

The hotel was very clean but the parking has a gate that is locked and you need to call the front desk first so they can open the gate and then you can enter

Good economical hotel for a short visit

Clean comfortable room, friendly staff. Room is quite small but was adequate for our needs and had a good sized bathroom with a good powerful shower. Didn't have much luck with the wifi. Local area is rather industrial / car dealerships but we found good bakeries, a big butcher and wine shop within walking distance.

La fille à la réception à mon arrivée, ne décroche aucun sourire c’est déstabilisant l’impression d’être le mal venu dans cet hôtel, moi qui fréquente les hôtels quotidiennement j’ai rarement vécu cet expérience.

Qui sont les clients ?! La direction de l'hôtel ??

Exigences pour les clients, mais pas pour l'hôtel.... On m'a demandé un chèque de 150 € de caution si en cas de vol dans la chambre... Et on m'a fait signer un règlement intérieur d'hôtel et c'est la première fois en 30 ans que ça m'arrive !! Pour beaucoup d'exigences et d'explication sur qu'est-ce que nous devions faire comme client... Par contre quand je suis arrivé dans la chambre le chauffage était tout débranché et il a fallu que je me débrouille tout seul pendant 2h avant que la chambre soit au moins à 19 degrés.. Les sanitaires la bonde ne s'ouvrait pas il a fallu que je me débrouille là aussi Et enfin l'état général était quand même pas terrible.. La dame de l'accueil faisait ce qu'elle pouvait elle a été serviable mais qu'on est tous installé on va pas changer de chambre pour retrouver une autre chambre très froide. Bien évidemment le petit-déjeuner est hors de prix et pas terrible là non plus !

Decu, Caution de 150 pour les eventuelles degradations, mais la chambre, il manque du lino sous le bureau, des trous dans les murs, le support sopalin est cassé... jespere ne pas etre ponctionné a tort...
