Bring your adventurous spirit with you to hike, bike, boat, or cruise via your side-by-side down to the Royal Blue ATV trails. We mean for you to have an outdoor adventure. Fire Pit faces Norris Lake for the best views of the lake taking your breath away. Plenty of land to roam for a peaceful and quiet getaway. 1 mile from public boat ramp and dock and half a dozen Marina's for your boating and dining pleasure lakeside. Bring your family or your friends as we have multiple rentals available.

Great stay close to Norris Lake

We had a great time at the Farmhouse. We loved that it was close to both Whitman Hollow and Indian River Marinas, and we enjoyed the fire pit and the beautiful view of the lake. The house was clean and well stocked - including plenty of dry wood for the fire pit - and the beds were comfortable. We'd have liked a little better lighting in the bedrooms, but that wouldn't stop us from renting here again. Donna & Rusty are great owners! Thanks so much for a great time.

Beautiful property. House was large enough to accommodate everyone in our group of 10. Fantastic mountain view, fireflies everywhere at night. Smoky mountains in the morning. Close to Shanghai marina where we rented a boat and cruised around for a day. House had everything that was advertised.

The view

The view was amazing! Our kids loved roaming the property and playing. Property is close to Whitman's marina where we rented a boat.. The sunrises on front porch and sunset in the back were bonus. The back porch does get hot in the late afternoon but retreat to the feont porch keeps you cool. We had a nice breeze each day. Would recommend and one of our favorite places for our multi generation Labor Day extnded weekend. Saturday night there were fireworks over the lake to end the day.

We will be back!

Our stay at the Norris Lake Farm House exceeded all expectations. The property owners have a beautiful piece of land there and the pride they take in keeping it that way shows. Unbeatable views of the lake from the hilltop deck with a cup of coffee made every morning start off great. The home itself was clean, outfitted well, and had all the necessities. It was plenty big and spacious for our group of 3 couples plus children. You will not be disappointed until it’s time to leave. Thank you Donna and Rusty for your hospitality!

Peaceful

The property is beautiful and secluded. The cabin was clean and well maintained. It is close to town without being too close. I enjoyed it and will probably go back.
