This property is located at the end of the road and borders TVA land with miles of shoreline and hiking to explore. The Space:

Step into Clearwater Retreat on Norris Lake and immediately feel at home. As you enter, you’re greeted by an immense, light‑filled great room. To your right is a fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space, kitchen island seating 7 and every cooking gadget you’ll need—perfect for whipping up lakeside feasts. The kitchen and main level living room are open concept, complete with plush seating, dining room table and a large smart TV for movie nights or lazy afternoons. PLEASE NOTE: the gas fireplace is not hooked up for guest use. High‑speed starlink internet keeps everyone connected, whether you’re streaming your favorite show, checking work email, or planning your next adventure.



Main Floor

• Bedroom 1: King bed, lake view, deck access, walk in closet, full en‑suite bathroom with double head shower.

• Bedroom 2: King bed, full en‑suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 3: King bed, full en‑suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 4: Two double beds, full en‑suite bathroom.



Each main‑floor bedroom offers premium bedding, smart TVs, closet or wardrobe space with hangers, and private full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels.



The upper level has a game lounge and two private bedrooms.

• Bedroom 5: Two queen beds + full‑size futon, full en‑suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 6: Four queen beds.



Ideal for families or groups, the upstairs bedrooms are bright and airy, with vaulted ceilings and additional seating areas to spread out.



The basement offers an additional living room with a large TV for relaxing, pool table, ping pong table, poker table and additional kitchen.

• Bedroom 7: King bed, lake views, deck access, full en‑suite bathroom with soaker tub, double head shower, double vanity, makeup station.



**Just a quick note: most of the windows showcase the beautiful lake views, and while three-quarters of them are fitted with blinds, some natural morning light does make its way into the space. There are no curtains on the bedroom doors or windows facing the lake, but there are on all other bathroom and bedroom windows. Guests who enjoy sleeping in may wish to bring a sleep mask, as sunrise over the lake can brighten the rooms early. On the bright side, many guests find the sunrise views to be one of the highlights of their stay!





Outside

• Your private dock awaits! Bring your boat and tie up securely, cast a line off the dock, or simply lounge lakeside under the sun. PLEASE NOTE: if you plan to bring your own motorized boat, you will need to put in at a nearby marina to reach this property, there is currently not a drivable ramp from this property down to the lake. Guests will need to bring their own life vests if planning to swim.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the majority of the house excluding the garage space and the mechanical room in the basement.

Guests have access to the whole exterior of the property including the private dock just below the home.

The guest house behind the Main big house is not part of the rental and is off limits to guests. No one will be in the guest house during reservations.



Getting Around:

The cottage is about a 22 minute drive to Lafollette's central Ave, and 25W.



Other Things to Note:

Each cabin is unique to specific items they include, however, RRG Getaways supplies the listed items below at all cabins as a baseline for guests. A starter amount of the following: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply. We do not supply anything considered perishable or consumable, this includes but is not limited to, coffee, salt, pepper, oil and the like.



Pets are absolutely not allowed at this cabin. A $250 violation fee will be charged if evidence of pets are found at this cabin.

Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are NOT provided, guests are asked to bring their own.

The road to the cabin is paved and the driveway is all gravel, 4x4 is not required.

We do not sell or provide firewood.

There is Wi-Fi at the home but please be aware, cell service can be spotty depending on your provider.

There is an exterior security camera that faces the driveway.
