Radisson Hotel La Crosse

We so enjoyed the location of our hotel. In walking distance of everything. Beautiful area and worth the convenience. The reason for giving the overall rating a 4 is that coffee is not made available for any length of time in the mornings. Also that if others come in for conventions/ inservices etc. they help themselves to available coffee. As no continental breakfast is served it would be nice if coffee/water was at least available for an appropriate period of time for those who are staying there.

One issue that was most irritating and certainly not up to level of the hotel- the facial issue was paper thin and in a metal container- the container would have been ok but it is in the bathroom and the tissue is paper thin and awful. When a shower is taken the tissue tears just getting it our of the container. Flat out not up to the rating of the rest of the hotel. Other than that everything was at least a 4 star rating- the tissue-not even a one.

enjoyed my room overlooking the river walk during my stay. The walk along the river walk was wonderfully relaxing and beautiful.

NIce hotel with a great view. Great location between the river and the downtown.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, staff friendly and helpful.

Perfect location on the Mississippi River close to all the day and night time activities

The staff was exceptional. Location very nice, walking distance to many resturants & the park- river.

The staff was friendly the location was visually handsome with the water nearby. There were plenty of options for food. The hotel what appeared to be fine dining. We were with a family group so opted for other dining, all nearby.

Pool and hot tub were cold and very chlorinated. Quiet stay however and restaurant staff was attentive.

Location is great as it is located downtown La Crosse close to many activities and all the college and universities. The staff is very friendly and helpful and wants you to have a great stay.

The hotel check-in process was fairly fast - the phone rings non-stop which is somewhat acceptable for the price I paid. The location is beautiful, the room was very clean, and the overall stay was nice. However, the experience was missing something for the price I paid.

We enjoyed our visit but were rather disappointed with one item. The room needs updating with its electrical outlets, etc. I had to physically crawl under the desk, unplug a lamp and then, plug in the coffee maker. That shouldn't happen - no guest should have to crawl under a desk for anything!

It was a great view with a great location. Everyone on staff was very nice and we had a wonderful time.

It was the perfect location. We were in town seeing some friends and were able to walk everywhere!

easy checkin checkout, great clean room, clean nice hotel!

Everything was great except for sleep number beds. We had a hard time adjusting to them. La Crosse is a wonderful community to visit.

Very nice room!!! Pool was fun... very clean and friendly staff!

Nothing special. Great location but a bit overpriced for just an average hotel. Sleep Number Bed is really just a glorified air mattress. Had never slept on one before and was far from impressed.

A quick overnight getaway to celebrate a brithday turns into an extremely poor Customer Service nightmare! Upon Check-in, no friendly hello's or how may we assist you. We were handed a key card.....no explanation of hotel, area attractions / events or even our room number. After a stroll along the river walk, met some friends in Three Rivers Lodge only to discover they paid an additional $20 to upgrade their package to attend events in the Plaza Lounge, get 2 free meal comps and have parking paid for. Three Rivers Lodge Bartender was not friendly, nor did we get to hear about dinner or drink specials. We left to go elsewhere. We had breakfast reservations for Three Rivers Lodge set for 9am. Received a call in our room at 9:01am stating our reservations were going to be bumped if we did get in the dining room in 10 minutes.
