Stunning and flawlessly maintained property

This property checks all the boxes, and the host, Julien, is truly outstanding. While the photos accurately represent the home, the views are even more breathtaking and serene in person. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need and radiates warmth and joy. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. There's so much more to praise, and we can't wait to return for a longer stay to fully experience this peaceful, relaxing retreat with its beautifully maintained grounds. Perfect rest

The holiday we had was absolutely fantastic. The villa is so beautiful with absolutely everything you might need. A previous review said it was even better than the pictures on the website and we totally agree. Julienne is the best host you could have, charming and there for any need you may have. Already want to return to the villa!!!!

It's like this: When you book a house, your first question is: is it really like on the photos and in the description? I will tell you this: In the meantime, I have travelled half the world and booked many houses, some of them really beautiful. But this house, and that is no exaggeration, simply tops everything. The location is unbelievably beautiful, sea view from almost everywhere, best equipment, heated pool (up to 30 degrees!), access to the beach, a huge garden, utility room, garage, air conditioning everywhere, a finely equipped kitchen, dogs allowed. I could go on endlessly, but just try it out for yourself :). But now comes what made this holiday so unique: The host Julien (and his father). I tell you, no matter what our wishes were, Julien always had a solution for everything, really everything: supermarket, restaurants, private chef, personal trainer, hairdresser, nails, eyelashes, flowers, and much more. It doesn't get any better than that. He did the shopping for us for the first day, and there was champagne there, too. Just one little story out of many. I asked Julien if there would be a safe in the house. Unfortunately, no, he said. But here it comes: he came by with his father and simply installed one in the utility room! I've never experienced that before. Seriously, guys, if I could, I'd give it 10 stars. Fantastic stay!

The quintessential Côte d‘Azur experience

The perfect place to stay at the French Mediterranean coast. A great, brand new house with all the amenities you could think of and more. The pool is just perfect, dive into it and enjoy the ocean view at the same time. Further features are a professional Pétanque course, table tennis and a cosy bbq area. We also loved the kayaks and SUP-boards that you can use just a short stairway down, close to the property. The kitchen equipment is state of the art. We used 4 of the 5 available bedrooms, and all had a perfect sea view. The public beach is just a 5 min, car-free walk away, with restaurants and a sailing and windsurfing school and rental. The kids enjoyed the possibility to venture out on the beach and the coastal path on their own. Julien is the most sympathetic and helpful host, always responsive even for the remotest of questions. We hope to come back!

Geweldig huis en lokatie.

Fantastisch uitzicht op zee, heerlijke tuin, mooi terras met verwarmd zwembad. Hele fijne slaapkamers met fijne bedden. Ook de Julien was een super host. Zeer tevreden en komen graag nog een keer terug.
