Vacation home for 10 people spread over two floors. Garage for 3 vehicles and underfloor ventilation. Outdoor space with pool, barbecue, and garden furniture. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed), living-dining room, separate kitchen, bathroom (shower), direct access to the pool and outdoor dining area. First floor: 3 bedrooms with a bathroom (bathtub), and terrace. Enjoy the outdoor space, where you can prepare barbecue meals and cool off in the pool with friends. Located 1 km from the center of L'Escala and Riells Beach. Groups of young people are welcome, provided they maintain appropriate behavior. Pets are welcome.
