Perfect L'Escala escape

Exceptionally comfortable and beautifully presented apartment. Perfectly located for Shopping, Dining and the beach. Short walk to the ruins at Empuries and the village of Sant Marti d'Empuries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it was exceptionally comfortable. Underground Garage parking is very tight, A large SUV would be difficult to park. We were surprised that we had to make our own bed on arrival and strip it before we left, there was also nothing to dry dishes with. This would not stop us coming here again though. We had a marvellous stay.

l´accueil et le professionnalisme du personnel de l´agence la situation de l´appartement, proche de toutes les commodités et de la plage son équipement complet et sa décoration moderne le parking quelques détails de fournitures : - pour le nettoyage de la terrasse (un balai et un tuyau d´arrosage) - pour la cuisson au four (un plat) - prévoir de remplacer le fer à repasser et la planche à repasser

Appartement agréable et bien situé

Nous avons apprecie la localisation de l´appartement près des plages et du centre du village. La location est bien équipé. Le personnel de l´agence immobilière est professionnel et très à l´écoute. Il est vraiment dommage que la chambre à l´étage n´ait qu´une très petite ouverture qui ne permet pas de profiter d une vue sur la terrasse, agréable et spacieuse, d´où une certaine impression de confinement. Bon point pour l´accès internet mais très grosses difficultés dans l´accès au réseau téléphonique quel que soit l opérateur.

La ubicación del apartamento es ideal para nosotros, también el hecho que sea duplex y con terraza se aprovecha más la estancia. También quiero significar la atención del personal de Ceigrup, todos muy atentos y dispuestos (Lluisa y Esperança) En términos generales el apartamento es muy correcto, a continuación detallo aspectos que deberían mejorar: 1) Limpieza en general. 2) La puerta de entrada no ajusta correctamente. 3) El tapón del bidet esta estropeado. 4) El agua corriente tiene mucha cal, quizá poner un descalcificador?

Komfortabel im Herzen der gemütlichen Altstadt von L‘Escala - einen Steinwurf vom Meer und den Strän

Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Toll ist die zentrale Klimaanlage im EG. Auf der 2.Etage ist das Schlafzimmer mit einer separaten Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Nachteilig ist, dass dieser Raum nicht verdunkelt werden kann. Die oben befindliche Terrasse mit einem kleinen Ausblick auf das Meer könnte etwas ansprechender gestaltet werden. s.o.

Nos ha encantado estar en este apartamento

Hemos estado muy bien, el apartamento esta perfecto nos ha gustado mucho la terraza y la distribución.El sofá es super cómodo. Aunque esta muy céntrico es muy tranquilo y no se oye ningún ruido por lo cual puedes descansar.
