Here is a lovely house, new, located in L'Ăpine! It awaits you for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay with family or friends. Very close to the surrounding beaches, you can easily go and relax on the warm sand and dive into the salty water.
Its large terrace will allow you to enjoy breakfast accompanied by fresh air, and you can also gather there to prepare and enjoy barbecues accompanied by a cool drink.
Inside, the living space is a soothing corner thanks to its light colours and the dominant wood. You will find a cosy living room, where you can relax in front of the TV, then a large table to share good meals and moments of conviviality, and finally a very well-equipped open kitchen. The latter has a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.

Great little cottage
Clean, very well positioned, a perfect holiday rental.
Das Haus hat uns hinsichtlich der Architektur und Ausstattung und der Lage sehr gut gefallen.
Es war alles vorhanden was eine Familie fĂŒr einen Urlaub benötigt. Der kurze Weg zum Strand und in den Ort, der u.a. einen tollen BĂ€cker hat, macht es einem einfach, den Tag schön zu gestalten.
