Just a few minutes' walk from the centre of L'Épine and close to the beaches and salt marshes, this charming 100 m² house welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Comfortable and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 6 people in a calm and pleasant environment.
Outside, you will enjoy a lovely enclosed garden, ideal for letting children play outside with complete peace of mind. The garden furniture and barbecue will allow you to share good meals outdoors on fine days.
Inside, you will discover upon entry a welcoming living area comprising two comfortable sofas, a television and a decorative fireplace, bringing a warm atmosphere to the whole. Extending from this, the dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The independent, modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster and all the utensils you may need.
On the night side, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms:
