Excellent location and property

This property is close to Gion, but quiet. It is close to the subway and has a lovely small river nearby. Would happily go back with a family of 5 or less. The 2nd bedroom would be better for small children than my 3 adult children, but we made it work.

Clean townhome in Kyoto

Location was exactly what we were looking for. It is outside the main hustle and bustle which allowed us to feel more like a local in a nice neighborhood while at the same time being 10-15min walking distance from everything! There is even a river running just outside which allows for a romantic ambiance. Place was exactly what the pictures showed. There are 2 toilets (one upstairs and one downstairs) and a full shower with a bath on the main floor. Very clean and organized. Fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and washroom. Downside is that there are not enough wall mirrors. The only mirror is in the main bathroom downstairs. Having a wall mirror in each bedroom would be very helpful for guests. Also, the air conditioning is not the easiest to use since it is all in Japanese and google translate doesn't work too well on appliances. Other than these very minor inconveniences, we had a fantastic stay!

Fantastic property and really felt like we found a hidden gem coming here. Location is fantastic, right on the edge of Gion, and the property itself is so nice. I feel like I need to extra highlight the incredible bath. On top of that, I forgot my headphones and they shipped them to me free of charge despite me offering to pay for shipping. Really nice of them and I very much appreciate it. I would definitely consider staying here again.
