Very friendly staff, small public bath area but with a Jacuzzi style tub that was great, garden view on the tub area and a larger one in the lobby. Decent location right near a Sunday stop and walkable to teramachi/nishiki shopping area and pontocho etc.

The location is good and it has all the things you need to make a good trip. The staff were all friendly and on point. The bathing area was a bit small and the rooms are on the smaller side, but can't complain about that in the location where it's at.

Very nice stay in the center of Kyoto but off the main streets. One of the few that accomodat end 3 adults in 3 beds. The room was not large but handled all of our 5 bags of luggage.
