The rooms were small but clean and the large TV was nice. I liked that both the bathroom sink and shower had separate faucets. I appreciated the large downstairs dining lounge area with free drinking water.

Where the hotel located, it was very convenient and easy accessible to public transports. There were lot of convenient stores nearby ,so no worries if you needed something to drink or eat in the middle of the night. The downside for me was that, there were no breakfast provided.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Kyoto. There are a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance of the property. I love the communal dining space. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! Room is a bit small but it’s not a deal breaker. It’s located at a very convenient location where you can access to different public transportation at ease. Convenient stores, supermarket, different kind of restaurants are nearby. Stayed here for 4 nights to visit the Kyoto sights. It was easily accessible by public transportation and close to many stores and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel if you like a quiet area away from the busy part of Kyoto. The staff is very friendly, speak English, and offer luggage services. The Twin-bed room is very spacious and clean. They provide a TV and mini fridge etc. It's walking distance from Nijo Castle and driving distance to nearby temples "Kiyomizu dera" and "Golden Pavillion"
