Staff were top notch!! The owner was excellent at assisting with directions and or recommendations. (Other staff were fantastic as well) Location was perfect for walking and exploring. This Hotel is amazing, the staff were so helpful and I was unable to walk far due to knee issues...this place is 1 minute from Nishiki Market an 2 mins from the train station, you are at the centre of everything in Kyoto, we won't be staying anywhere else when we visit Kyoto! Superb!
