No running hot water EVERY MORNING

Breakfast food is good and service was satisfactory as well. However, the excuse of being overbooked every morning as the reason behind no running hot water is not acceptable for a four star hotel. Doesn't deserve the stars, period!

Nice stay close to the city

If I were to give the hotel a score, It would be 8.3 The hotel itself is situated in a pretty good place not too far from the city. The receptionists were fantastic. Very nice and helped me with my trip to Chernobyl. The room was clean and quiet. There's a hidden mini bar that I wish I knew about earlier. Overall nice stay.

This is a nice relatively new 35 bedroom hotel. I have been to Kiev 5 times this year and always stay at the Staro. It is home from home and the smiling staff are small in number and keen to help whenever possible.

Great Hotel!

I have stayed at the Staro 3 times now and it never disappoints. Very clean and comfortable rooms. English speaking staff and very helpful! Restaurant has good food, next to a park and numerous cafes. 30 minutes from Boryspol airport.
