Great location with a 5 minute walk to the Hirafu lift. Rooms clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Very good breakfast included. Decent Onsen as well. Facility looks old and dated. Needs a remodel.

Tiny rooms. Shared toilet not cleaned regularly- skid marks still in toilet. They don’t tell you that the shared bathroom is completely public (you are have a shower next to someone else completely naked) and you can’t bring in your own shampoo/conditioner etc. Loud noises early in the morning. Horrible place and not worth the price at all- it’s like a hostel. Worse even

Excellent breakfast buffet and onsen facility. Close access to Niseko Hirafu ski gondola and nearby restaurants. A warning that restaurants are in high demand during the ski season and reservations needed. We had a traditional room which meant sleeping on a floor mat. It will be uncomfortable if you are used to a soft mattress. Oz-Snow is a good choice for nearby bar and food.

Convenient ski hotel. Tatami room reasonably comfortable and very heated - had to turn the heater off mid winter! Breakfast was good though only served till 0900 so need to be aware.

This hotel is super chill. The onsen is great and the staff very friendly and helpful. I’d go back for sure but I’d stay in a western style room - the Japanese style rooms have very uncomfortable futons - they could easily be updated. 7/10 overall

Staff were very friendly, the property has a somewhat dated but very comfortable interior with a large sitting room with a fireplace. Close to the lift (out the back and down the hill). Good place for skiers and boarders who want to stay in upper Hirafu without breaking the bank. Would def come back to this hotel.

Amazing location to the slopes (3-5 minute walk to ace gondola) Awesome on site onsen that’s open 21 hours a day. Great breakfast buffet. Free parking available if you have a vehicle. We loved our stay here!!! Only negative was we wished breakfast would have started a bit earlier than 730am.

Old hotel with minimal updates. Staff was not very friendly nor did they seem interested in being of service. No late checkout, no early check in, no ability to get early breakfast. Rooms are run down and very dated. However they command same prices as surrounding properties that are much newer. Onsen was good though. I would not stay here again
