You are renting a mid-level Condo, with a private inner entry door. Other units above and below. 



Enjoy cocktails or morning coffee on our comfortable, cushioned front porch overlooking a tidy, quiet neighborhood street. Kure Beach is only a short two-and-a-half block walk! You can easily spend all day at the beach, or run back and forth with this short walk!  Bring your friends and family: there's plenty of room for cooking meals together in our gorgeous updated kitchen, and movie watching in our open living room. If you'd rather eat out, the famous Kure Beach Pier is less than a mile away with Big Daddy's Seafood, Ocean View Grill, and Jack Mackerels. If you need a rainy day diversion, head to the Aquarium only 2 miles south. Take a Ferry Ride from there to Southport, NC for a stroll through the cutest seaside town ever with lots of shopping and restaurant options. Bring your furry friend: up to two dogs are allowed.

Privacy fence in the shared backyard. Shared Gas grill. Picnic table. Private Outdoor hot water shower, The Lower Condo also has access. 

Parking for 2 small cars or one SUV vehicle in the driveway pad. Do not block the neighboring drive entrance. Do not block downstairs guests.

Extra Storage in the Garage with room for a golf cart rental, if desired.  Full-size cold drinks & fisherman's refrigerator. Numerous bikes for guest use.



Level 2:

Covered Porch: All-weather rattan furniture with cushions. Small dining table.

Open Concept Living Room: Access to Porch. Sofa, Two Swivel Soft Side Chairs, Smart TV.

Laundry Closet with updated Washer/Dryer

Kitchen: Granite Countertops.

Primary Bedroom Suite: King Bed, Roku TV, large walk-in closet, Traditional Wood Bedroom Chests and Nightstands, Ensuite Bathroom.

Primary Ensuite Bath: Bathtub with shower, Double vanity, toilet.

Guest Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed.

Shared Hallway Bathroom: Bathtub and Shower, Toilet

Guest Bedroom 2: Twin over Full Bunk Bed.



Parking:

2 vehicles will fit in the driveway pad. Do not block the neighboring drive entrance. Do not block downstairs tenant cars along the fence. For additional parking options please visit the Town of Kure Beach website. Kure Beach Community does not allow any parking on the grass or street.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Pet Policy:

The first dog is included in the price of the Rental. Subsequent dogs are subject to an additional payment and restrictions! Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.



Things to do:

Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, enjoying the ocean views, or enjoying a cocktail by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

Explore the treasures of Carolina Beach, ranked one of the top 10 boardwalks in the country by Food & Wine magazine. One of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast, it includes a variety of restaurants, an arcade, shops, ice cream, Famous Britts Donuts, bars, and more! During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Annual off-season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.
