The beautiful Villa Tatijana is located on the island of Ugljan, in the immediate vicinity of the sea. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is ideal for families, groups of friends or couples. The outdoor area offers a well-tended garden adorned with Mediterranean plants, a private pool with sun loungers and a fantastic view of the sea that you are sure to enjoy! There is a covered terrace and a barbecue - perfect for preparing delicious specialities and spending summer evenings with your loved ones. The open-plan ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room. As soon as you enter the room, you will notice the stylish furnishings in simple colours and the fireplace, which gives the room a cosy atmosphere. There are also four comfortable bedrooms (one on the ground floor and three on the first floor) and two bathrooms. Table tennis and darts are available. The fully air-conditioned villa has internet access, a private car park for four cars and the property is completely fenced. Villa Tatijana is the perfect choice if you want to spend your relaxing holiday near the sea. The villa is located in Kukljica, a small village on the island of Ugljan. There are daily ferry connections from Zadar to the island of Ugljan and to the harbour in the village of Preko. Zadar is an old town rich in cultural heritage and historical attractions. The famous Alfred Hitchcock said that the most beautiful sunset is in Zadar - don't miss it! The old town centre offers monuments from antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Nowadays, Zadar is known for the Sea Organ and the light installation "Pozdrav suncu" (Greeting to the Sun).
