booking for 3 room seaview. once my family arrived, only one room ready. waiting until 3.30pm still didnt get the others 2 room. we go to reception, the reception give our key to other guest. that was unaccaptable bcoz the room has being paid. plus the guest that took our key feel like the hotel give them free room.unprofesional service from the staff, didnt ask the details about the guest. we paid double price bcoz of christmas . we expect price that we paid, we get with a good service. unacceptable!
1. The property condition looks old. The management didn't maintain the property and its a bit rundown. My room located in old block and it looks sad. The hallway is dirty. The stairs looks creepy. The elevator so small and outdated. My television in a room has a weird sound when turn it on so I decided not to use cause it might broke down and I may need to pay for the damages. One key for one room and its a old fashion type. My security lock in the room is not functioning. 2. The staff not so friendly and inexperienced. The staff rather argue and put the blame on the Customer instead of listening to Customer explanation and there is no apologise from the staff eventhough the mistake is coming from their miscommunication.
Booked 2 connecting deluxe room from 23 - 25 Dec for my family of 5 with 3 little kids. After reading the reviews here, I was hoping to get rooms that was renovated, but luck wasn't on my side. Anyway one of the room that we get is OK, but another one is just bad: 1) the fan's speed control doesn't work 2) aircond temperature control doesn't work 3) smelly toilet 4) no bidet hose inside the toilet 5) one of the bed has a broken frame Not to mention that both the room has a furniture that looks very old. The swimming pool is just OK; it was spacious but no slides whatsoever. And being school holiday, the pool is just packed. Anyhow for the good part, my room is facing the pool and the sea, which is just awesome. Not to mention that it literally took us only a few seconds to run from our room to the sandy and clean beach. I won't come here again, unless they can give assurance that they will be giving us the renovated room.
The rooms are old and looks dirty. I don’t even dare to take off my slippers/shoes when in the room or shower. The pillow smells like someone slept on it sweating and changed. The furniture looks like it needs a brand new refurbishment. The doors are so old that most doors needs to be slammed to shut the door. (May wake you up at night). Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
It’s not really what we expected. Not hot water in bathroom. Local phon dosnot work. No clean towel. No refrigerator. No safe box. No toothbrush in bathrooms. Especially if you come in rainy days you will have bad experience hear in legend
we check in around 6pm.. well to as it is a school holiday, we can expect only 2 persons at the big counter working. after a while we were given a room on the so call 1st floor which is the ground floor actually. Room is spacious and tidy but it all ends there. The toilet was dirty and lighting was very poor. with bad smell and the ceiling is dirty as well. we call room service and ask for floor mat and 1 extra towel, and was surprised when they said there is an extra charges for that. what?? well the only good thing about the hotel is the big pool and also the beach front. other than that none. night time just sleep as there is no live band or entertainment. as for me, with the budget i might get a better deal elsewhere.
We have been coming here since 18 years ago. This time we spent 3 nights. It was before school holidays so lots of maintenance work were ongoing. The rooms were average but the scenery & beach were to die for. We were upgraded to a better room since there was no water supply on our last night stay. The kids enjoyed the ATV, swimming, release turtle and cycling activity. We went to Chukai for meals, but had to have dinner in house due to heavy rain. Limited nice options.
very nice for a short getaway..will take you at least 3 hours if you are driving from KL..the bed was comfortable with coffee&tea facility..the room still had a very old fashion TV, but you came here to relax so it didn't really bothered me..i love the pool!.
I am a westerner who went for typical beach fun and drinking. Resort is 99% musk guests who don't drink and stay fully clothed even when swimming . Staff nice but I don't recommend this place for the hedonistic sun worshippers. Was monsoon season but should be more action. Hotel clean but dated for the price.
We stay deluxe room garden view, but not worth it. Room is large, but not so clean, room or resort was vry old. TV is not flat TV, can imagine how old are this resort. Resort need to upgraded. Breakfast spread was quite limited to nasi lemak, porridge, breads, salad, fruit cuts and few others only. This resort only one thing we like this the big pool, and close to beach.
