Tune Hotel Kuala Lumpur3.0 out of 5.0

Very basic hotel directly next to the airport. Room was clean, but extremely basic. AC worked ok, but not great. I wouldn't stay here if I had more than 12 or 14 hours in the city. If you have more than that, make the trip into the city and stay at a nicer property. If you have an extended time between flights and want some rest, this hotel does the job.
Stayed for 3 nights over weekend of Sepang Moto GP. Great location, easy ride to track. KLIA2 offers shuttle service each day. For shopping, a free shuttle is offered to great outlet store (MOP) only 10 mins away and KLIA express to KL Sentral and one stop via Komuter to Mid Valley Mega Mall. The rooms are compact, but comfortable (No fridge) beds are great. The best part is the cafe that is open 24 hours and offers a great outdoor beer garden with a changing Tapas menu. This hotel is adding another restaurant and you can tell they are going above and beyond with little touches like Chocolate on the first night a lemonade in the foyer for hot days in Malaysia. The staff were great and very friendly ..Just remember this is not a 5 star hotel, but nor does it claim to be. I would definately stay here again for a short stay in KL or quick access to Sepang Circuit.
Minimalist accomodation not special but convenient. Flying in via Airasia, the hotel services seems all familiar. Friendly staff and good service. Its just good enough concept is for every one. One thing great is its location. Recommended for short stay travellers.
A few minutes walk from KLIA 2. Room was cozy and basic. Bathroom amenities aren't provided for. Rooms were soundproofed so no need to worry about the plane engines. Breakfast is optional but we still had it though choices were a bit limited and kind of the same every day. Overall, it's a perfect layover hotel.
Tune Downtown is located in a busy area which has easy access to most parts of KL. The front desk is very helpful and the rooms are typical Tune with a very comfortable bed. It is very good value. Only downside is the road noise especially on Friday and Saturday nights.
Stayed here just to crash for the night. Staffs were very friendly and check-in was a breeze. Room and bathroom was clean. Good high pressure hot water shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well rested for the night. Got up early the next morning and a had a great cup of cappuccino at their Glasshouse cafe. Will definitely stay here again.
stayed here for 3 nights with adequate stuff -TV, shower, aircond + ceiling fan (wifi not too strong in the room), plenty of plugs points, laundry & dryer at level 7, got decent cafe, ATM,walking distance to Sogo, Jalan TAR, LRT, monorail station, taxi stand nearby, ... or catch the free bus goKL (blue line)
Stayed for 2 nights from 18th to 20th Sept 2017. The room was clean and I got everything in one price but can hear the traffic noise inside the room. No offense because I wanted the room with city view. Staff was very helpful and nice. As a traveler, of course I need a good WiFi connection and this hotel really worth for money! During the first day evening, it was quite bad (not able to stream video in YouTube and FB at all!) but I asked for assistance from the staff after I went back from dinner (a late dinner), surprisingly, I can even stream the YouTube with HD (1080p) and no buffering at all. I will choose this Hotel again if I go to Kuala Lumpur in the near future.
I stayed for 4 nights at tune hotel downtown KL. At first i thought and would not happy staying here but lately i found "OK" with this hotel for single traveler like me. I stayed at single room, and everything just like "enough" for me, the bed, TV, shower, cleanliness and off course the location. The location is perfect because it located at the downtown, so we can go enjoy the city without any difficulties, there is Monorail and you can take grab or uber easily. Staff is very nice and helpful, but since there is no phone in the room, you need to go downstairs whenever you need something to change, add or say to the staff, even you can say by calling them by your cellphone, you still need to do go to downstairs (receptionist) for confirmation. There is a restaurant in the hotel, you can get a coffee or food there, and since the hotel location is perfectly surrounded by food stalls, close to dataran merdeka, mal (parkson and sogo) and chow kit (food again!) you can get food easily. Just right in front, there is a bikes for rent, you can just enjoy the city more easily.
I've been request for early arrival , they mention the room subject to availability ,when i arrived at hotel they ask me to Pay extra RM:15/- ringgit for early check in. they can simply write to get room earlier by paying extra RM:15/- for the room instead of Subject to availability. There is no complimentary mineral water in the room ,the Bath towel got yellow stain mark & got Cockroach inside the room and the bathroom.
