We were not given the room we expected. The pictures show a window and it was advertised on hotels.com as having black out curtains which also suggests a window. There was no window. There was a very musty smell in there.The room itself was clean but the bathroom was very small and there was no water in the tap unless you ran the shower so we had to fill the kettle from the shower. The aircon worked to start with but then it poured water down the wall and onto the floor. We had to turn it off during night or it flooded everywhere. No one asked if we wanted cleaning or more towels durung the stay. There were some guests during our stay who screamed and shouted in the corridors and slammed doors constantly. This went on for hours at 2.00 am. This is not the fault of the hotel but it didn't help that there are no staff at night to ask for help. The communal area was quite nice with the terrace to sit on and the location is very good but our experience of the room itself was awful. When we checjed out U toldvthe staff on reception about the aircon and there was not even an apology. the kettle from the shower.

Good vibe at common area for solo traveler and backpacker, clean environment, friendly and helpful staff. Most important it located at the strategic location which surrounding with good foodie and tourist spot, it very near to public transport hub as well. Thumbs up!
