The room was claustrophobic, the drain near toilet leaked throughout my stay. Iron board started to leak and was sort of dangerous. They provided replacement but didn’t remove the previous iron. Staff was friendly.

We stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was clean throughout although there were children’s hand prints on the terrace doors. The swimming pool and gym are excellent and the view of the Petronas towers is incredible. The area around the property felt very safe and getting a Grab taxi was very easy. It’s a 20 minute walk to the main areas for food but that wasn’t an issue for us . I would definitely stay again. There was only one key which could create a problem if you are sharing accomodation but we didn’t ask if we could have a second key which may be available .

Disappointing

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this property. Cleanliness: The bed sheets and some pillowcases were stained, the shower had hair from a previous guest, and the dining chair wasn’t clean. Noise: My room was next to the waste chute, so there was constant loud banging whenever someone used it. The soundproofing was poor, and I could clearly hear noise from the hallway. The hotel manager confirmed to me all rooms were the same. View: The photos online were misleading — they showed views of the Twin Towers, but it proved such view wouldn’t be possible, even from one of the higher floors. Service and Security: The front desk wasn’t very helpful, and I was uncomfortable that my passport photo was taken and shared in a WhatsApp group. Overall, the stay didn’t meet expectations, especially regarding cleanliness, noise, and guest privacy.

The accommodation is very spacious and comfy. As a family we felt really at home and relaxed here. The apartments were also close to some eateries nearby where we spent most days doing takeaway from (food was delicious and reasonably priced). It was also fairly easy to get public transport due to the central location. Overall, an outstanding stay!

Property located right in the city center. Close to Twin Towers, KLCC (high end shopping mall). But it will be too hot to walk. Infinity pool on the 46th floor is very cool. Enjoyed our stay very much.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Stay, But Be Clear About Room Views Manor Residence KLCC by Five Senses is in a fantastic location — close to everything, and the rooftop pool is excellent with stunning city views. The building feels safe and secure, with great security throughout our stay. However, the room we stayed in felt smaller than shown in the pictures, and the view was disappointing. All the marketing images show gorgeous city views, but our room looked directly into another apartment building. It would be much better if the booking information clearly stated that the view depends on the room type. I would have happily paid for an upgrade if I’d known in advance. Overall, a good base in KL, but make sure to check your room category and view before booking.

Overall, this property was a disappointment. The location is good (safe, close to a metro station and within walking distance of the Twin Towers). The price is also low for the area. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was also not bad. However, everything else was not satisfactory. There was no AC in the elevator or corridor. The room was in desperate need of a dehumidifier. The room in general had a damp smell. The master bedroom had an extremely strong odour (similar to a stinky sweaty shirt), which seemed to be coming out of the bathroom drain. This smell was also present in the laundry area near the lobby. The cleanliness of the room could also be improved. There were marks all over bathroom doors. There were some unknown particles on the shower mixer handle. I would definitely not recommend this place.
