We booked this hotel managed by a different company and it was canceled due to overbooking. The staff of this management company was the one the hotel called and came down to meet us. So we rebooked the hotel by this management company and the decision brought us a luck. We do recommend to book this hotel by ARMAN,this management company. After we booked, they took care of us great: They took us the different hotel as the room wasn't ready. They told us the hotel they took us was better and available now. The rest of the stay was great. Their communication was great and they really made our KLCC stay comfortable.
