We have stayed here a couple of times ,but our last visit has changed our mind and will never stay again , booking wrong ,would not fix problem , dirty rooms , hotel is also gone down hill very bad in last few years and requires a lot of work to bring up to scratch .Will search different hotel next time .

my little home for a few days when I stopped to have a break from travelling and I found it a great hotel. Perfect location, right near transport links and markets and food and shopping. The staff were really nice and helpful and the hotel was a quiet place.

Great location. The hotel restaurant is in petaling street. So easy to find food. Seven eleven nearby.. great room... breakfast was just so so. But you can find alot of street food nearby day and night... definitely will come back to this hotel.

I booked an interior room for a few nights stay and was happy with the room. Being an interior room it was also very quiet at night so I slept very well! The breakfast buffet was great, I was impressed with the range and quality of food, especially the French toast, one of my favorites! The hotel is in a central location which was very handy for getting around.

Great location. Clean room and bathroom. The room has curtain, but its just wall. Near to almost everything. The receptionist is friendly. We will stay again in the future. AC is quite cold, we liked it. We had to walked a few minutes to get to the room. Never thought the hotel has many rooms.

Where ‘comfort’ is the attribute you look out for in a land far-far-away, what better than a cosy and warm residence at the centre of the town, would you fancy? While most of the discerning travelers plan to explore places of historic relevance, the necessity of the ideal place to crash, post an ‘eventful excursion’ is indeed crucial to the trip planning! And one of the best places to set your foot in, is a hotel under the chain named ‘Swiss Garden International’. As a brand, they have managed to create a mark for themselves in countries like Malaysia and Australia, with not just their warm hospitality and service, but also by selling ‘comfort and suitability’ as essential attributes to the judicious travelers. One of their very ‘contemporary yet homely’ places right in the heart of the city of Kuala Lumpur, is none other than the ‘Swiss Inn Hotel of China Town’. Be it their rightly accessible location amidst the shopping streets of Jalan, or just their explicable existence around the hustle and bustle of the enchanting locales of Petaling Street, this comfy home has made it to the list of preferred places to stay. The hotel’s easy connectivity due to close proximity with the ‘Pudu Sentral’ Bus Station and the Airport, further turns it into the apt choice for most exploring tourists. Besides, the best part about being in this residence, is their easy approach to the captivating and colourful streets, with local food and crafts. Swiss Inn China Town, is quite a landmark, with the modestly styled interiors and the cheerful aura around. The interiors are a perfect blend of the modern-day boutique designs with their local culture and ethnicity. There is a variety in their room sizes, types and amenities catering to triple rooms with ample space.Their popular coffee shop named ‘Café Petaling’ offers some of the best meals, right from the multi-ethnic pans of Malaysia! Their signature street food, is indeed a personal favourite of all their visiting guests. The amiable staff at the Swiss Inn, is a bunch of enthusiastic and willing workers whose efforts in going out of their way to recommend various excursions to the in-house guests, translates the experiences into the most gratifying ones. The various site seeing and excursion options like Batu Caves as well as Genting, near Kuala Lumpur, are thoughtfully designed and proactively arranged by them. Swiss Inn definitely makes for a place, I’d like to recommend to all my folks!

The room size is too small for a couple we stay one night and move out from the hotel and the major issue of the room is the poor cleanness wife found a cockroach in the wash room...strong smoking smell in the room.

Nice little hotel right in the heart of everything, close to chinatown and Petaling Street Market Rooms were small but adequate Wifi good Great for a quick city layover not for s long stay as i say its adequate not luxury

Smallish but convenient rooms, perfect location for a city trip with decent wifi. Lots of places for food nearby so the hotel restaurant is easily avoided. Biggest issue here is the cleanliness. Can someone please give the staff a new vacuum cleaner?! Although carpets in the hallway were clearly attempted to be vacuumed they remained dusty. Would have been four stars if the room floor had actually been decently cleaned upon request.

Locate at China Town. Old & Tired Hotel. Don't expect more as is a cheaper hotel compare the surrounding. if you drive parking is a problem as this hotel don't have their own parking area and is chargeable.. suggest to pay a bit more to get a better hotel.
