Easy access to restaurant and shopping. Noisy at night within the hotel . Shower was not functional well. One of the wheel came off the bed upon checking in. Got it fixed later. The room is rather small and having no wardrobe to hang cloths. No hook in the bathroom to hang cloths too. No place to put toiletries in the bathroom as well.

Not recommended. Avoid.

Awful experience in this hotel. As soon as we arrived to our room from the airport, we wanted to take a hot shower and noticed that the shower head was broken so we asked to move to another room. After relocating to the other room, the bed was dirty (there was pubic hair on the sheets...) and yellow steins everywhere. We walked down to the reception and told them about it.. they say that we couldn't move to another room, and that there was nothing they could do (are you kidding me?). So after a few minutes, they figured that they could go and change the sheets for us and they did. I called hotels.com support and shared about this awful experience and they gave me a credit. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

It's very near to the mall- The Starling. We stay here for a midnight movie Avengers: End Game. Good for short stay.. The Family Mart also around the corner. The room is quite comfortable. Affordable price. The staff is very nice especially the guy..he really want to settle our booking via Expedia.

No lift access, not many channel on TV, no power point beside the bed, table is too small, toilet/bath too narrow, breakfast nothing much. Just enjoyable is the area have many food store around. Not suitable for elderly to stay.

The price is considered as cheap! The staff are friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. I love the fact that simple breakfast is being provided to the guests. But, the video quality of the television could be better and sometimes when I requested for a new towel, it mostly has a black stain on it. I'm kinda sad that there's a problem with the wi-fi as well. Overall, I love Moment Hotel. If I'm coming to visit 1utama area once again, I will definitely put this hotel as my first choice.
