The location is really good and connected to the mall easy access but the room so stain and the bunk bed they provide unsafe to put kids on it shaking. No extra bed sheets in the room & wasn’t clean from the previous visitors when we check in

We are very disappointed with the stay. 1. Hassle to check in and passport was taken by mobile and send to WhatsApp as well. Very dangerous please request to be delete by today on all WhatsApp and phone. 2. Master bedroom toilet bowl cover is broken and can be taken off or fall on someone when using it. The bathtub and toilet bowl are choke and water didn’t flow well and slow. 3. The soap and shampoo are expired but stated available 4. Toliet rolls are finished on 1st day after we check in and replacement can only be done next morning, they agreed to leave it outside our unit. I need to follow up Then they agreed to send over but end up arrange grab delivery so it has to be leave at guardhouse instead of sending it to our doorsteps. 5. Separate bathtub and shower is not true. The master bedroom the shower is in the bathtub only and high to get in 6. Many cockroaches everywhere which is totally unhygienic and dirty. It crawl to our bags and was in it as well. 7. more follow up for refund till 1pm including receiving email at 3 plus pm again to ask about check out, so is it going to be refund?
