Property is rundown & no repairs, the window less rooms have no ventilation, fans not work in bathroom, rooftop tables etc access not as advertised. Construction on adjoining property 7 days untill 9pm at times. Staff friendly, wifi network needs updating for safe use.

This hotel is central located, close to the rail lines, walkable, markets are one block away. Great coffee shops one block away. Good backpacking hotel. Not fancy, just affordable and comfortable. The staff were friendly!

Booked a single room. Was a bit small but was clean although you have to buy your own toiletries. Was within walking distance of Petaling Street so no lack of good food and convenience stores. Hotel was near the main roads so quite easy to book Grab. Hotel staff were quite friendly and helpful. Good service!

Avoid it if you can. The condition is old, seems nobody stayed at the hotel. I did not meet or see any other guests. They charge 10 MYR each night in addition to what you already paid. I paid for the room , including taxes and fees, but was still charged 10 MYR for each night. They only accept CASH! The room is really small and very basic. The owner was rude. Too many rats around.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff is very supportive, and the Hotel is very well-located. In a few minutes, you can easily reach the central market, Chinatown, subway station, and various places for eating. From this hotel to Petronas Tower, there are just two subway stations. I highly recommend this hotel. Since the entrance the staff welcomes you with a great smile.

Excellent service. Excellent location for mass rail transport. However the ambience outside the hotel is not presentable. Important note is the front of the hotel is not accessible by car. You need to walk at least 30 feet to the road for your taxi. However the excellent service compensates these inconveniences.

Close to the MRT stop, Central Market, Merdeka Square, and Chinatown. Reception was helpful. Room itself was small and somewhat musty-smelling. No window (superior room), uncomfortable bed, and a very squeaky bathroom door. No coffee/tea on premises, had trouble finding any nearby. Biggest plusses were fast in-room wifi and delicious nasi kandar breakfast at a restaurant by the Market, 3 mins walk away. On a pedestrian-only block, had a lot of trouble getting there by cab. Wouldn't recommend.

Very basic hotel, was clean and the staff were friendly. It is in a very good location for sightseeing and shopping but there are very little restaurants and bars around. This meant that in the evenings we did get a little bored if we stayed close to the hotel. Also the hotel obviously has very thin Walls, we were kept up by the very noisy people in the room next to us until about 3/4am each day.

Convenient location, right for the price

Very close to Masjid Jamek station. Though the rooms are small, it was all we needed and quite clean. The staff were friendly and they had 24hr reception with someone guarding the door at night.
