Alles war sauber und es war alles da, was man brauchte, Für unser Haustier hatten wir selbst dabei, was benötigt wurde. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Einzige Anregung: Es gab in der ganzen Wohnung keine Lampe, die zum Lesen geeignet war. Nicht am Bett und nicht im Wohnzimmer. Wir hätten sonst gerne mal geschmökert. Das gehört für uns zum Urlaub und dafür war nach Sonnenuntergang kein Licht da. Sonst haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Schönes Appartement im Zentrum von Greetsiel

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal im Amtmannshaus zu Gast, auch dieses Mal hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt, um Greetsiel und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Der Hafen und die angrenzenden Gassen mit den Restaurant sind mit Wenigen Schritten erreicht

Sehr schöne Fewo in allerbester Lage direkt am romantischen Kutterhafen

Mittendrin in Greetsiel eine sehr schön ausgestattete und gemütliche Fewo. Gebäude mit charmantem historischen Hintergrund. Direkt am Kutterhafen und dennoch ist man schnell in der Natur! Fahrradständer + Parkplatz vorhanden.

Lage top Wohnung ist ok

Lage war super. Die Küche Esszimmer und Eltern Schlafzimmer zufrieden. Kinder schlafen oben offener Raum zum wohnesszimmer Bad älter aber sauber Leider steht in der Beschreibung Whirlpool Waschmaschine und Trockner. Alles nicht da. Dusche lässt sich nicht komplett schließen.

Perfekte Location

Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Ortsmitte, genial. Man geht aus der Haustür und hat sofort einen schönen Blick auf die Boote der Krabbenfischer. Sehr malerisch. Beim Spaziergang durch den Ort oder auf dem Deich zu den beiden Jachthäfen gibt es immer etwas zu entdecken. Wir waren nur zu zweit in der großen Wohnung, wäre auch ausreichend für 4 Personen für ein paar Tage.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, es sei denn man möchte ein 5 Gänge Menü zubereiten, aber wer möchte das schon im Urlaub ;-)) Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit der Einrichtung und der Aufteilung der Wohnung waren wir zufrieden. Leider waren einige Schränke etwas abgeschabt. An einem Küchenschrank war der Griff kaputt. Alles in allem würden wir bei Bedarf wieder eine Wohnung oder ein Haus bei Ihnen buchen.

komfortabel und stilvoll direkt am Hafen wohnen

großzügige sehr schöne geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten jede genug Raum, sich auch mal zurückzuziehen. Es war ruhig, die Lage phantastisch und das ganze Objekt sehr stilvoll und gepflegt. Kücheneinrichtung und -ausstattung perfekt. Wir wurden sehr sehr nett von Herrn Jugert begrüßt und eingewiesen. Da das Wetter schlecht war, hat uns die schöne Wohnung den Frust versüsst. Absolut empfehlenswert.

tolle Lage, aber ....

Die Lage des Amtmannshaus im Zentrum von Greetsiel ist hervorragend, leider kann die Qualität der Ferienwohnung nicht mithalten. Die Wohnung scheint aus den 1980er Jahren und seit dem wurde wenig in die Instandhaltung bzw. Modernisierung investiert. Es gibt immer noch keinen Rauchmelder (wurde schon von Vorgängermietern bemängelt und entspricht nicht den gesestztlichen Bestimmungen), die Duschkabine schließt nicht richtig wodurch bei jedem Duschgang Wasser auf die Bodenfliesen spritzt (= extreme Rutschgefahr), die Duscharmatur ist nicht temperaturgeregelt und bei einem Druckabfall in den Zuleitungen (z.B. Toilettenspülung in Nachbarwohnung) kommt es zu einem schlagartigen Temperaturanstieg im Duschwasser (z.B. von angenehmen 38 Grad auf mehr als 50 Grad), das Geschirr ist nicht ausreichend für die Maximalbelegung von 4 Personen.

Vertrag ohne Vermieterangaben(nur Nachnahme). Fehlerhafte Beleuchtung-im Wohnzimmer,alle 10 Minuten ging das Licht aus. Kein Rauchwarnmelder in der Wohnung-lag im Schrank. Keine amtliche Fahrgenehmigung für Zufahrt zum Amtmannshaus.
