We were confused when we arrived as we could not find the hotel the entrance is a door way next to a bar and tattoo shop. And it was dark when we arrived. Once we buzzed up. The staff were really friendly the room was exactally as the picture plus tea/ coffee. Facility’s and a hairdryer. It could be a bit noisy in evening but that’s to be expected given location the room was spotless. And cleaners kept it that way with fresh towels daily. We ordered breakfast once it’is a basket. Filled with cold meats cheese ,fruit ,bread ,Yoghurt jams and drinks Way too much food location of this hotel is perfect. For shopping and the main square. There’s stairs up to the bed rooms. We were on second floor and it was no problem. Would certainly recommend this hotel

Great location but hard to find entrance to apartments I asked the bakery staff if they knew where the apartments were and they said they didn’t which we later found to be right next door,

Lovely hotel and right in the heart of Krakow, but very noisy at night as it is next to the pubs, so lots of drunk people in the early hours of the morning!

Great location. Great service. 24 hour receptionist on front desk. Right in the heart of the main Square in Old Town. Free eConcierge system made available (but never used, Krakows easy enough to find your way around and explore). Mini bar, TV, electronic safe, air con and free wi-fi. Bed was a little hard for me but still comfy, but that’s just personal taste. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again when I return.

This property is the prefect location. The room is nice and clean, bathroom is nice also. There is a mini bar in the room filled. Prices are kept in the room. It can be noisy at night but you are supplied with ear buds which are a big help. No lift if anyone finds stairs difficult. I would definitely stay again.

The Property was fine Room brill quite noisy outside on a busy thorough fare but really enjoyed the atmosphere. No lift quaint wooded steps we were ok 2nd floor. Super will stay there again right next to the main square
