The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. Hotel location was excellent. A short walk from the main train station and also a short walk to the beautiful historic centre of Krakow. Hotel is a bit dated but we would definitely stay again and recommend.

Great location for Krakow old town

Clean comfortable hotel centrally located within east walking distance of Krakow old town and a nice bar right next door. Only downside for a Brit no tea or coffee making facilities in the room or a fridge.

Liked location. Hotel clean and relatively quiet (church next door with bells that chime on the hour.) But has good sound proof windows. No plug in bathroom sink was my only bug bear. Plenty of hot water Room lovely and warm as temp outside was -14 Good value. Breakfast basic but adequate

Located between train station and town. Easy to find from train station. Staff friendly.spacious room. Not a modern room, but it was absolutely fine. Breakfast had a good variety. Continental style but with eggs etc. Lovely vegetarian cafe hust along the road. Would return.

The hotel is in an excellent location - just a few minutes' walk from the Central Station. The area was pleasant but one major disadvantage was the church across the road - every day it rang the bells from 6 am until 9 pm every hour, and played religious songs and Christmas carols for about a minute also every hour between 8 am and 9 pm. If you expect peace and quiet in your room, that's likely to bother you. The staff were nice and helpful and the breakfast was good and the ingredients fresh. The room was clean and sizeable. Bring your own toiletries as only a tiny bottle of shampoo is provided. Unfortunately, the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Both mornings I woke up at 6-7 with a back pain and had to get up. The shower was good but was leaking (which I've seen mentioned in other reviews in the past so I'm not sure why it hasn't been fixed yet) but housekeeping provided us with an extra towel upon request. Overall, the hotel is okay for the price but mainly for its location. Next time I will book somewhere else.
