Excellent location. Big room with comfortable beds. Large bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Lots of choice for breakfast, freshly cooked scrambled eggs which were delicious. Quite a lot of noise overnight from outside but to be expected in a town centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was a highlight! Good range of food and all really tasty. Highlight was the freshly scrambled eggs. Service was great - all staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great The hotel is a little run down - the lift was broken for most of our stay which meant walking up court flights of double stairs - not what you want after a long day of exploring. The blinds of our sky light were also broken but they did get fixed swiftly. The bathroom was a bit of a let down with a small shower and shower head with a life of its own.

Lovely place to stay, extremely helpful staff. We had to have breakfast to go twice due to trips and the hotel provided a mini picnic! We were very impressed. Hotel is in the main part of the old twon walking distance to everywhere. Taxi’s are not allowed on the street, but pick up and drop off points are close. The lift was broken for our whole stay, which did not bother us, but it may others with accessibility issues. I would recommend getting an uber to the airport, costs about £12 to £14.

They prepared a great packed breakfast/lunch it was ready at 5am as we were going on a trip. Nice deco and view. The breakfast room was in the basement had lots of character. There was a lot of choice for breakfast, not many cooked items but plenty of other things, which were nicely displayed and fresh. The location was perfect just a few minutes walk from the main square. One slight improvement would be the choice of a hard pillow. I would definitely this hotel. Excellent

Great place in the middle of it all.

The hotel has a perfect location - within minutes walk to major attractions and surrounded by a number of bars and restaurants to choose from. It’s not big and, hence, charming. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I had a bit of attitude toward one issue that was eventually my fault, and they handled it very professionally. I had a breakfast included and it was nice since the dining area is located in the basement that has decorations reminding you that you are in the middle of the old medieval town. The choice of items was great too. I recommend this place for your stay in Krakow.

Lovely place. We were given a room on the first floor overlooking the street, great for people watching and also the local buskers as well as a great location to sight see. Brilliant. We were able to walk all over Krakow centre with ease - its very well sited and were able to get a Bolt back to the airport from a place just up the road. Brilliant Breakfast, and they did us one in a bag on our last day as we were leaving early. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Highly recommended.
