Just had a four night stay in this fabulous little hotel in the centre of Old Krakow. Super rooms. Good price (through Jet2.com) and very obliging staff. Good trips from the hotel to the camps, salt mines and city tour. Don't miss any of them. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Fab stay.
Hotel Senacki was our base for a three night trip to Krakow. Our airport transfer organised by the hotel was waiting promptly when we departed the airport and took us straight to the hotel door. The staff were very welcoming and made the stay incredibly relaxing and comfortable. We enjoyed a trip to Auschwitz and the salt mines were amazing. Thoroughly recommend this hotel because of its location close the the main square and wawel castle. Brilliant stay in a boutique hotel.
We stayed at the Senacki Hotel for three nights while visiting Krakow. The location couldn't be much better as it is midway between the Main Market and Wawel Castle in Old Town. Although we were on a busy pedestrian street, it was nearly impossible to hear any street noise at night. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and very responsive to all our needs. A delicious breakfast was served in a grotto style basement. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Lovely hotel, rooms comfortable, staff very friendly, attentive and incredibly helpful. We came to a Poland for my mother's 50th and on the day, a little cake was sent to her room and they helped us organise a surprise carriage ride for her too. Lovely place and would definitely stay again! Oh and breakfast is beautiful too, the sausages are gorgeous!!
Today we checked out after a 4 night stay. This is such a lovely boutique hotel. Friendly and professional staff with good english skills. All of them demonstrated a genuine interst in guest comfort. The included breakfast offered plenty of choice. The view over the street , and the sound of the passing parade, including the varied classical buskers enhanced our stay. If that is not your thing close the window , its quiet. We loved it. Perfectly located in the old town between the Royal Castle and main square. Highly recommended.
Probably the most friendly, attentive and helpful staff i ever encountered in an hotel. Every time we passed by the front desk the receptionist always asked if we were in need of something or if he could help us in any way. The hotel is quite small, about 20 rooms. The location is the best possible, wright between the Main Square and the Royal Palace in the Old Town district. The room was spacious, very comfortable mattress and pillows, cattle and tea in the room. The bathroom was great with all the amenities some one needs. The wifi is amazingly fast everywhere in the hotel. Breakfast was outstanding, huge assortment of cheeses and cured meats, bacon and eggs, 10+ tea varieties and fresh fruit, the expresso was also good (quite a compliment for a Portuguese guy like me). For smokers, like myself, on each floor there is a balcony with 2 chairs where we can relax have a nice smoke. During the day Grodzka street is pedestrian only so you might have to drag your luggage for about 50 yards from the taxi drop off until the hotel door.
We stayed here for a long weekend arriving 21st July . First impressions were excellent. The hotel looked beautiful. Lobby was small but perfectly formed. Reception very polite helpful and efficient. We booked in quickly and went to our rooms via lift. Ours was 204 our friends on the next floor 304, both identical in size except ours was to the side, theirs on the front. Rooms were very big and classic in style, really lovely . Extremely pleased. Big bed fridge mini bar TV plenty of wardrobe space. Everything you could ask for. The bathroom was big with roomy power shower, toilet sink, and hairdryer that was of good power. Towels nice and fresh and toiletries, so all you could ask for. The rooms were so quiet so no problem sleeping. The restaurant was below reception so either down the impressive staircase, like something out of downton abbey, or the lift . The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, and the bonus was cooked food, i.e. scrambled eggs , sausage, bacon, pancakes as well as continental. The best feature of this hotel was location, 2 mins to the town sq and 2 mins the other way to wavel castle. Great for sightseeing. Plenty of bars restaurants in sq, some more expensive than others, but on the whole a lot cheaper than we expected. A beer was 9zoltys , about £2 . So cheaper than home. Try the dumplings, a real eye opener, delicious. So of the food is an acquired taste, but you definitely won't starve. Aushwitz , Berkin, and salt mines is a must. A full day but so worth it . We booked it from home before we went, much cheaper, cost £56 per couple whereas it was quite a bit more expensive in krakow. Also we had private transfers from and to airport through krakow direct. Fab. Beautiful vehicles and friendly very efficient drivers. Highly recommended. Go you won't be disappointed. Hotel senacki highly highly recommended

This hotel has to be in the best location, opposite a beautiful church and a short walk from the main square. Lovely and clean large, comfy bed & a modern bathroom friendly staff and a nice breakfast. we will be returning. Krakow is an amazing place with lots of authentic buildings, horse drawn carriages and great places to eat, reminded me of Nice/Italy. please visit the country side is stunning. We also went o Auschwitz harrowing & poignant, Schindler's Museum is also a must if you go.
