Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and great location. I was leaving early in the morning before the included breakfast and they kindly offered to pack me a breakfast to go. This hotel was perfect for my stay in Krakow.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They took care of everything including laundry, booking tours, and helping me find my train platform and track (ticket was in Polish. One of the best hotel experiences I've had post -covid.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Nice breakfast to set us up every morning. The hotel is very well situated, close enough to most of the city centre to walk but still very quiet at night. Really enjoyed our stay here.
