We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is in a great location. Just a short 5-10 minute walk to the main market square. The hotel is everything you would expect from a 3 star... clean rooms, basic breakfast and reasonably priced. The only thing lacking from the rooms in my opinion was tea/coffee making facilities and maybe a small fridge. Overall though the hotel is nice and clean and all the staff were very friendly. There was also maid service every day. There is a bar on site but we did not visit this so cannot comment on prices etc. The location is its biggest advantage! Nice hotel.. even better location... good for what you pay for.
Stayed here for 3 nights when visiting krakow. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the main market square so the location itself is excellent. We were checked in quickly and the reception staff were nice. Our room was clean and was fine for a few nights. The room doesn't have a kettle or tea/coffee making facilities which would have been good as a couple of mornings we were up at 6am to head out on tours. The layout of the room could have been better - there was no mirror at the desk which would have been better as could then do hair and make up etc at the desk. Ended up sitting on the floor at the wardrobe door mirror to do this. The toilet is modern and very clean, and the shower war really good and powerful. I loved the pillows which is really unusual for me in a hotel and this made me sleep alot better! Breakfast in the hotel was ok. A selection of some cereals, breads or scrambled egg and frankfurters. Not really my cup of tea but it was ok for what it was. Checkout was quick and easy. The hotel was quite reasonable for the 3 nights bed and breakfast however. Overall, there isn't anything I disliked about the hotel but just think a fee simple adjustments and improvements could make this so much better.
Just returned from a 3 night stay, stayed in a premium room which had the extras that the classic rooms appear to be lacking, free bottled water provided each day, tea/coffee making facilities, a safe and 2 English channels. For us the room was worth the extra as it was very spacious and also had a couch with 2 chairs and a table. We were on the top floor and at the back of the hotel which made it very quiet. 5 minute walk to the main square, making it ideal for restaurants and sightseeing. Less than a 10 minute walk to the main train station/shopping centre. Staff were helpful and they stored our luggage on arrival and departure. My only complaint was the breakfast, we thought it was very poor with very limited choice which I found surprising for such a large hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again but would not get the breakfast included.
This hotel is in a perfect location, 2 minutes walk from the main square. This is the main selling point for the hotel by a country mile. The rooms are very dated, even though the bathrooms are brand new the rest of the room is really old fashioned and looking dated. The beds weren't the most comfortable either. The breakfast was also a little disappointing, not much choice at all. If your happy with cheese, bread & cereal you will be fine. The hot breakfast wasn't very good at all. I don't want to slate it too much because the location is perfect and for the price you pay compared to other hotels in the area is a bargain
We stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of March. Friendly staff on arrival and quick check in. Room a very good size and decent amount of storage. We only ate breakfast here, but pleased with quality and choice, again staff friendly, while there wasn't much hot food I would still say there's plenty to choose from for everyone. Location is great, only 10 minute walk and you're in the main square of the old town, but you're away from the noise of the bars and restaurants. (15 minutes walk from the main train/bus station.) There is a bit of traffic noise, but you are in a city although in summer with the windows open I think you'd really notice it. There is good luggage storage and felt happy leaving our suitcase there for the day we checked out. The only negative would be the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I knew in advance we wouldn't have them but it really would make a difference and a fairly low cost to add them to the rooms. The free bottles of water were a nice touch though. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Krakow.
Perfect location 5 minutes walk to main square, hotel was spotless and friendly staff, room cleaned each day and breakfast served til 11am each day, shop under hotel for everything we needed and cash machine outside, we booked shuttle to and from airport which was handy 100 zloty each way and the friendly driver recommended good places to visit and places to eat, we will definatly be staying again soon, 10/10 thank you for a lovely stay.
Stayed here for 4 nights on bens stag do. Really nice hotel offering excellent value for money.Rooms cleaned\changed on a daily basis. Hotel staff very friendly and spoke very good English. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from All 12 of us had a great time here.
Hi Guys , my partner and myself stayed here March 11th to 14th and found it to be average. Rooms were clean and made up spotless every day . The location couldn't be better if in Krakow, the main Square, ( DON'T EXCHANGE MONEY HERE ), is 5 minutes walk straight out the door in front of you. Staff , bar , reception ect more than helpful and friendly . One of the drawbacks was , no kettles in the rooms unless yr a top customer paying, my advice is ask reception , as we did , and got a kettle sent up to room and then go to shop next to hotel for coffee, sugar tea ect or be prepared after reading this and take yr own sachets from home or breakfast in the morning after demanding a kettle be sent up to yr room.. Breakfast was average, nothing special , cereal, toast , sausages, cheese, ham bread or rolls but lots of choice. I would definitely stay here again, if you want more , pay more simple , We found it more than suitable for our requirements for our 4 day 3 night stay and would recommend, as i have already , to others
Shocked that tea and coffee facilities aren't provided in the rooms as standard . Though the rooms were clean and spacious I was disappointed with breakfast , the cooked food was disgusting and fresh fruit salad was only provided for two of the seven days we were here, the fruit juice that was provided was cordial and not fresh. Tea and coffee in the restaurant was only available by the cup rather than a teapot. The restaurant staff were clearing the plates and cups away from the table before you were finished which was a little intrusive and made you feel you needed to eat up and leave quicker than you were ready. The reception staff refused to provide forks on request for eating food that we brought in at night and there were no English speaking channels on the television in the room... on a positive point the housekeeping staff were second to none as were the hotel conceierge and security for looking after the guests, the bar staff were friendly and informative and an asset to the hotel hope they receive recognition for their hard work, the free wifi was good and available in all areas of the complex. I would definitely come back but next time I'd bring my own kettle , crockery and teabags....
Stayed here a few years ago and was not disappointed, clean and tidy, staff helpful but most of all ideally placed for the main square. Would recommend this hotel. Looks a bit dated from the outside but comfortable rooms.
