The apartments are a 5 min walk from the main square and 5 mins from the bus station. All the reception girls were great and provided lots of information. They booked our salt mines trip, booked our pick up and return from the airport and called the castle to reserve us tickets. We had prebooked our auschwitz tickets, so took the bus. This is much cheaper then booking a tour. The buses run frequently and take about 1 hour 30 mins. Getting the bus home is an experience. Europeans do not know how to queue! So it's a massive bundle to get on. If you are looking for a cheap (we paid £44 p.n. for 2) clean, no frills place to stay this is perfect for exploring Krakow. There is a supermarket and bakers a few doors down. We used the bakers to take a lunch to auschwitz. It's a long day and you do get a chance to eat outside before going in. Although I thought this seemed a little disrespectful. There are cafes and booths to buy food and drink. It is a little disorganised waiting to get in. People pushing again, But once inside it is very respectful. Our tour guide was excellent. It was a very emotional day. Food and drink is very reason around the main square. We also visited Schindlers factory and took a city tour on the electric cars. The ghetto tour was interesting and worthwhile. My daughter wanted to do the horse and carriage ride from the main square. A bit overpriced as touristy but we negotiated a price beforehand. Krakow is a beautiful city.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Red Brick Apartments. The girls working the front desk (huge shout out to Anetta) were AMAZINGLY HELPFUL!!!!! I honestly didn't need a full apartment for my trip as I was traveling solo and dining out but the Accomodations were excellent. The apartment was very large and spacious, immaculate, and had everything one could need if they chose to use the amenities. You are centrally located and can walk to everything worth seeing in Krakow with the possible exception of the Schindler Factory and of course Auschwitz. I can't thank the staff enough for their directions, their dinner recommendations, what to see, etc. They made my trip to Poland worthwhile alone. I would definitely definitely go back to the Red Brick Apartments!!!!!

Excellent location , near train station , shopping mall , barkery , also entrance to old town . Large room , lift , good wifi , good hot water , nice front desk . Everyday replace towel , twice a week house keeping . May have buffer breafast in neighbour hotel for extra cost . I had been here for 4 nights , found that all table top , desk top cover by dust , in which I wipe the dust by myself . The cleaness of desk top and floor was fair . Not everyday replaced towel and clean rubbish bins .

Very spacious apartment with everything you need, no aircon but 2 large fans provided. Very close to the train station and shopping centre and a short walk to the main square. Would definitely return!

We loved the location of this hotel. Walking distance to the main square and Planty Park. They arranged a taxi to pick us up and take us back to the airport. They also called and had tickets delivered for a folk show at a nearby restaurant. The people working at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and large. Kitchenette was nice although we didn't use it. A nice coffee shop right across the street. It was hot and there wasn't any air conditioning in the room but we found a fan in the closet and used it. The room was a bit dated. It's a great value and the location is excellent. That's why I gave it 5 stars.

I've just returned from my 3rd visit of staying at Red Brick in 12 months. As with previous stays, my room was really nice, clean and very spacious. The lovely girls on reception were their usual friendly and helpful selves, we had some great late night chats! The service you get from Red Brick in my view is absolutely first class, in fact I have just booked my 4th stay for September! I can't recommend this place highly enough. The cleaning staff keep the place spotless and always offer a friendly "hello". For me, it's service, price and location that keeps me coming back to Red Brick, I can't give them enough praise!

Stayed here for 3 nights, excellent location close to main square and train station, staff nice and courteous, had a bit of mix up with excursion to Auschwitz missed our collection, girl on reception sorted it for us to switch our 2 trips around (I wish I had got her name) big thanks to her

Our original hotel that we booked through was actually sold out for our stay, BUT that hotel arranged for us to stay around the corner at the Red Brick Apartments instead. What a great arrangement for us!! We had a huge 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen instead of a hotel room. The arrangement included breakfast at the original hotel, which was excellent and convenient. The Red Brick Apartments location is incredibly convenient....just 2 blocks from the main train station, 2 blocks from the Old Town Square section of Krakow with all its shopping, restaurants, etc. Feel very comfortable booking a stay at these apartments.

Arrived at polish airport booked a private cab .driver was really chatty and told us a lot about krakow dropped us of at our apartments lovely building apartment very large good location very near the square were everything happens .took a trip around krakow in what you would call a milk float seen lots went to the Jewish quarter went to shindlers factory saw some lovely churches. Very cheap to eat and drink .polish vodka very nice

Clean, spacious and good value for money. Staff very helpful. Location, just to North of Old Town is very convenient, with plenty of places to eat. You can get bus to Salt Mines from just outside: recommended also.
