Stayed here for 3 nights after booking a short break away. Perfect little hotel about 10 minute walk from train station and 15 into the old market square. Staff were amazing and helped us with every enquiry we had, including helping us to book our auschwitz tour and allowing us later check out because our flight was later in the evening! We had a double room which had everything you needed and the ensuite bathroom was huge! Clean, comfortable and cosy to crash after a long day walking around Krakow. Breakfast buffet can be a little bit and miss, with some odd choices for food but it just depends what you're used to... Would definitely recommend and will certainly be back here if I ever visit again!

The rooms were of very low standard, and the breakfast was discusting., tiny beds with awful mattresses (springs pushing into your back) The breakfast was buffet style but the selection was poor and the quality not that good. Pub next door very noisy at night.

Room was large, with big bathroom, shower was great (powerful and there was hot water). Room was very hot, but fan and large openable windows soon sorted that out! Room was missing furniture, e.g. There was only one light and no lamps and no bedside cabinets. However was very clean, plenty of plug sockets, and plenty of coffee. Great location, next to a (quiet) bar, and a few nice restaurants with convenience store opposite and 5-20 minute walk to train station and center. Staff were great, and helped us book lot's of trips. Super tip, was tour via golf buggy that got us tickets for Schindler's factory, completey avoiding (large) queues!

location is excellent (very close to station); wifi worked reliably; staff was friendly and price was reasonable. The only downsides: i requested a double bed but was given a twin room; there were also people smoking outside and the smoke can be felt in my room (had to close the window)

Room: Triple (3 single beds) Type Of Holiday: Family Staff: Friendly and helpful, booked transfer for us and 2 tours for us Location: 15-20 minutes from the square, mall 10 minutes or less away. I've been to Krakow a couple of times before this and knew all the good spots, my parents are in their late 50s to early 60s, after a full day of walking around and freshening up at the hotel they did not want to work 20-30 minutes to find a really nice place to eat, so for them the evening meal options were limited. Anyone else under 50 in good health this would not be an issue, the location was perfect for me, but not so much for my parents. Cleanliness: Not an issue, no problems nor complaints. Noise: Was a bit noisy, had to have the windows open due to the heat, but then it got noisy, I had earplugs in so wasn't an issue for me, but could be an issue for those without earplugs staying in the summer. Overall: I had a lovely stay here and would recommend this hotel!

It is a small hotel, very basic, clean but in a very great location. Near the Jewish quarter. Close to train station, mall, the public square. Quiet. Great staff. Might not be great for families with children. But for couples on a budget, this is a great find.

We stayed for 4 nights in April 2017. Our room and bathroom were very basic but clean. A few minor flaws such as the lock on the bathroom was broke, the hair dryer temperature was extremely high and there was no english channels on the television but the beds were of a good quality, the shower was excellent and a fan was provided (which came in useful as the room got very warm due to a large skylight). Breakfast was served to 10am but upon our arrival at 9.30am on the first morning staff made it very clear their annoyance at us arriving so "close" to finishing time. The following 2 mornings when we arrived before 8am they were much more pleasant. There is no restaurant, bar or room service so we picked up snacks for our room on our first day and with so many nice restaurants around it wasn't much of a disappointment. Staff on reception were very friendly and talked us through how to get about on our arrival. The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the rail station and mall with the square just on the other side, and in a quiet location so it was ideal for us. It was basic but at a very cheap price it was as expected. Suitable for those that plan to be out and about and only really using the hotel as somewhere to wash and sleep.

Adequate sums up my stay. In terms of quality, the room + bathroom was relatively spacious and clean. The furniture quality was, however, not great, and the room felt a little bit old. Given the price paid for the room, we did not mind at all. In terms of location, it is not extremely close to the old town of Krakow. We did not mind the walk though, and it did not feel unsafe in the dark. The main train station of Krakow is nearby, which is a plus, if you have to carry luggage or suitcases. We experienced the staff to be friendly. We did not go for the breakfast, as there is a bakery and supermarket nearby. To sum up: an adequate hotel to stay for a few nights. I would stay here again.

Great location for a short walk or a tram into town. Nice room, but small bathroom. Staff extremely helpful in suggesting places to eat, sorting transport and booking tours. Fairly quiet neighbourhood.

Fantastic city, the people are really pleasant to be amongst, very friendly and extremely helpful. Out hotel was small but the room was very large and perfect for us, nice furnishings extremely clean and very quiet (20 walk from the main square)
