Nothing, we arrived at the property and it was all locked up and closed. We had fully paid up, no one from the hotel or Expedia (we had booked with Expedia) had told us it was closed, so I want my money back that i had paid. Do Expedia pay me my money back with compensation???

Nice little hotel very close to the old town. Ideal for walking into the old town for food, bars etc. Walls are rather thin and could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and outside. This would be the only bad point from the weekend. I would stay here again as the location was brilliant, the room itself was nice and the staff were friendly.

Spacious room which was clean and well maintained. The shower head was broken, but it was still a decent shower and the walls are quite thin so you can hear people in other rooms.

Very good service, brilliant value for money, staff very helpful, breakfast was great and very cheap! The quiet time 10pm while 7am is in the dot. 7am in the morning the work begins and it’s LOUD if you are in the ground level apartment like we stayed, luckily we woke up at 7 each morning

Great location, about a 10min walk to Main Square. Lovely clean room and friendly, helpful staff. Buffet breakfast in the morning is nice and fresh. Would definitely recommend.

we liked the room and although we had a issue with the shower it did eventually get sorted as for the staff they are very rude and very unhelpful, They need to go on a customer service course and be less abrupt and friendlier to customers

Small room otherwise all else was ok. Room much different to pics on website. Just a bed to n most of the space in the room a table and wardrobe and bit of floor space. All what was needed with us two and we was always out to we didn’t mind.

In a good position near main square.Lovely and clean .Only one complaint and that was it stated complimentory gift ,which we took to be the bottle of wine and 2glasses ontop of the table .When we went to check out we were charged 99slts for it .Other than that everything was lovely.

Close to the main square, breakfast buffet was outstanding, hotel clean and everything you need on a short stay, lovely little coffee shop aswell. Would recommend and would stay again no question, next time in Krakow, Pergamin it will be.
