Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms although very small. We asked for a twin room after friends warned us that the Double Room is very small. Ensuit bathroom is a partitioned room using transparent plastic panels. When light is turned on at night it lights up the bedroom which is not ideal for other occupant who is asleep. No restaurant facilities for breakfast. Only lunch and dinner. We did not mind as there was an excellent Cafe within walking distance.

room is spacious but bare as only 1 tilted chair provided while 1 sit on the chair and other has to stand or lie down on the bed. Surrounding are clean quiet and convenient to shopping. First and foremost, this hotel is owned/ran by YWCA, which means they expect at least one female customer per room. This was not mentioned and stressed upon on the expedia website/app. The property was recently renovated and the public areas are clean and well kept. The hotel is walking distance to the busiest hub in the city. The hotel reception staff were helpful, polite, and professional. The cleaning staff had some issues understanding "do not disturb". Overall, quiet and clean property. Good stay.

Though the hotel has few amenities, the room itself is clean and spacious. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. Buses is only a few minutes away. Definitely getting my money's worth. The one receptionist whom I encountered is not exactly friendly. But the housekeeping staff is very courteous.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Housekeeping only changed the towels but did not make the beds. They didn’t even replenish the coffee stirring sticks! When asked for replacements at the front desk we were told they didn’t have any. Are they expecting guests to reuse the one stick they provide during the entire stay?!?!?
