ファミリールーム(smart)に家族５人で2泊しました。飛行機の到着が遅くなり、ホテルへの到着が夜12時過ぎてしまいそうだとメッセージしたところ、すぐに『お待ちしています』と返信をくださりとても安心しました。深夜にスーツケースと一緒に移動するのは不安でしたが、空港からA21のバスに乗りネーザンホテルで降りると12時過ぎても街中は明るくホテルまでは徒歩ですぐです。ホテル内は清潔でトイレとシャワーも分かれていたので人数が多くても快適に過ごすことができました。フロントにはいつも人がいて挨拶もしてくれますし、扉も開けてもらえました。コインランドリーが近く、一階にはスタバもあり、とにかく便利で気持ちよく過ごせました！また香港に来たときも泊まりたいです！

We had a great stay and appreciated the convenient location, which is just a short walk from the station. The room was big and spacious, and the fresh eggs at breakfast were a great each morning. While the bathroom felt a bit outdated and could use a modern touch, the overall comfort of the hotel was good.
