Good value for the price rooms were very nice.

everything is good in Hong Kong. near MRT station and night market

I visit Hong Kong often and try to always stay in the same area. This was my first time at Madera Hotel, which is conveniently located and reasonably priced. It comes with all the standard amenities you'd expect at this price point in HK. It's just off the main street which for some people could be a deal breaker, but it's actually much quieter and great for relaxing after a long day in the city. I would recommend to newbies or frequent flyers, it's deffintely worth a try.

Breakfast is amazing - by far the best I have had in any hotel in terms of selection, quality and overall (beautiful) presentation. Rooms are large, with walk in closets and a jacuzzi tub. Staff are very friendly. The decor of the hotel is modern and tasteful.

We had the most amazing time at the Madera. The staff was accommodating, friendly and hotel itself was very nice! Perfect location as well! Right in the middle of lots is hot spots! i would recommend the Madera over and over again!

Stumbled on this hotel. Good location. Head up to Temple Street for the outdoor market.

I would have to say that the best part about my stay would have to the service that I received at this hotel, especially from Ian. I recently had surgery on my knee and Ian was very attentive and helpful with anything that I needed. He was able to help my family and I get around so much easier and was always willing to get us whatever we needed. Overall the hotel was a good, nothing special to write home about. The toilet in the handicap room that I had didn't always like to work and you could see that the room hadn't been deep cleaned in a while. Also, a number of lights in the room needed to be replaced because they were flickering.

The staff was cool even if at first they couldn't understand what a feather free room is. It took two rooms changes but finally got one. They provide a free cell phone with internet so you don't need a SIM card when visiting. In the room you'll also have free soft drinks, water, chips, cookies, coffee and tea. Roons are clean, although the carpet needs a better vacuum cleaner (a bit dusty). Good variety of tv channels, bathroom has a bathtub with jacuzzi setting (nice feature but loud). Hotel features a nice top floor lounge bar with an amazing view fron the 29th floor (a bit pricy but happy hour on wines and beers). They also have a game room, cute and nicely equipped gym and a cafe. Not that cheap of a place to stay for 120usd/night but overall you'll have a nice expereince.
