Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The condition of this property didn’t match with the condition when I make reservation. When I make reservation the property are 5 beds (no bunker bed) but when I checked in it become 4 beds (include bunker bed). I don’t want bunker bed when I make reservation. The host didn't informed me before that. When I called the host he said the unit I booked is occupied by others and I can cancelled the booking but the period are public holidays other hotels full and expensive. The host no responsible at all.The sofa and floor are dirty. The air-conditioners no cold at all and one of the aircon is leaking. This is very terrible experience for me and my family.
