Koloa Landing

The resort was wonderful with an amazing pool! The unit was spacious and well-furnished. The location within the resort was perfect as was the communication with the property management company.

Lovely resort and property

First time European travellers to Kauai, and in fact Hawaii, here. We were delighted with our holiday at Koloa Landings and in this apartment. It was a fabulous stay. We had to forcibly remove ourselves from it when the time came for us to check-out.The apartment is beautifully appointed and has better facilities than our own home. The resort is unbelievably wonderful. We’d be back in a heartbeat if we could engineer more time off!

Beautiful location in Poipu

This is an amazing unit at an amazing property in Poipu. I can’t say enough about the beauty of the resort, the wonderful staff and the amazing pool! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mahalo!

Epitome of paradise! Unit is in a perfect location within the complex. Gorgeous interior with plenty of room. Loved reading my book on the shaded balcony every morning and afternoon.

Kōloa Landing is a great place to stay! The pool is amazing!. I will book directly with Koloa Landing next year. Our unit booked through The Parrish collection was nice. Unfortunately, the AC was not working properly and our unit was 80-84 degrees for the first 5 days. Not impressed with the timeliness of the staff correcting the problem.

Great stay in Poipu

We loved out stay here! The kitchen and bedrooms were very clean and well organized. The beds were very comfortable. The parking was convenient to the room as well. The large balcony was great and the view was as expected. The property had a great heated pool. It would have been nice to be on a more beachfront resort. Also the laundry machine was moldy but that is my only complaint about the room.

Amazing location and beautiful unit. I would absolutely recommend this unit to you. I think it might need a handyman visit, because the drains were not working well and the dishwasher clearly needed to have a thorough cleaning as it smelled. But relatively small issue in an overall beautiful place. The Parrish team who manages it is very responsive.

I have stayed at Koloa landing many times over the years, booking directly with Marriott as well as through Costco travel. Building 9 is the best location of entire property. To guarantee the building I booked directly through Vrbo. Tbe experience was good, not great. The rooms, view, etc as expected and excellent. The area of improvement is logistics with Marriott. Checkin touch about 30 minutes with manager being called over at end. Not sure what was happening. The other logistics where request for towels and other suggestions (all trash dumpsters full every day) were responded with “basically we’ll try” but contact the Marriott property; that’s not our issue. And Marriott would say, that’s a private unit, not our issue….honestly I’m not sure I would rent through Vrbo. Anyway, great unit and property but not great alignment between Marriott and parish

Awesome in every way

We were a little nervous to splurge on this property, but boy did it deliver! The view over the beautiful pool and you can see the ocean. While it's not a beach front resort, being able to see the ocean is still a bonus. The pool really is something special, our 10yo didn't want to leave it. The lobby is spectacular. The only reason the check-in PR ceas wasn't 5 stars was because they were a little confused by this being a special owner property and not a regular hotel guest. But it was still pleasant and quick. The room itself is huge and in amazing shape. Very clean. We already want to come back!
