Flawless!

Everything about Silavadee was absolutely amazing. From the large details to the fine details. I upgraded to a pool villa upon my arrival. They whisked me to the new room in a golf cart and sent someone with my luggage. The villa was huge! Gorgeous. And spotless. My view was amazing and unobstructed. I was given complementary fruit that came with a handy informational card on indigenous fruits. The staff was incredibly kind and every meal I ate at the resort was amazing! Getting around the resort means a lot of hills and stairs, but that comes with an island type as mountainous as the ones of Thailand. (The picture with the umbrellas was the view from one of the hotel restaurants that overlooked the pool side bar)

clean and a little out the way

Good clean hotel, although a little out the way. Restaurant staff all fantastic so we're the cleaners. Reception staff were good but could be a little more helpful to suggest things in the local area. Beach ok although a little dirty around the surrounding area. Building work also behind the hotel so quite noisy during the day so it's a bit of a waist having your own pool as you can't really relax with the diggers making a racket.

Idyllic getaway

From the moment we arrived at Tides our stay was made extra special by the care and attention of the staff.We stayed in the beach front villa 2 which was fab.The sunsets were spectacular.A big thank you to Tha,Ben and Dabby for all they did for us .we will definitely be back.

こじんまりしたヴィラでインフィニティプールもあり、部屋も過ごしやすいです。守衛さんのバイクに乗せてもらいコンビニ連れていってもらったり、色々お世話になりました。空港から近いので最終日近くで利用すると便利です。

Non consiglierei questo hotel a nessuno. Sono rimasta molto delusa dalla scortesia della direzione, che si è dimostrata poco flessibile su alcune richieste e non si è degnata di rispondermi a numerose email nelle quali chiedevo chiarimenti per il fatto che mancasse ogni giorno la luce e l'acqua tanto che avevo pensato di cambiare hotel. Il resort si trova in una posizione poco centrale e difficile da raggiungere. Non è possibile fare il bagno a mare. La colazione chiude improrogabilmente alle 10: 00, per cui ho potuto usufruirne solo un giorno. Le stanze necessitano sicuramente di una ristrutturata, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato il divano sporco e anche il WC non era al massimo della polizia. Nel cestino della spazzatura c'erano rifiuti precedenti. All'arrivo viene chiesto un deposito di 3500 Bath, cosa che non è menzionata da nessuna parte. Prima di andare via hanno voluto controllare che non avessimo portato danni alla camera. Ma nessuno si è preoccupato del fatto che siamo stati tre giorni senza luce e senza acqua perché questo hotel non ha un generatore di corrente nonostante si tratti di un hotel a 5 stelle. In sostanza sono rimasta molto delusa e non lo consiglierei assolutamente.

Awesome hotel

We stayed in its beach front villa, ant it was fantastic! The room was huge and every furniture looked new and stylish. Of course the most amazing part of the room was the pool garden, which had the direct access to the beach. We enjoyed the garden a lot, just spending two afternoons there, and we even saw wonderful sunset view there! Its really a place that you can stay all day. Breakfast was good, and restaurant also had good sea view as it’s on the same side as our room. The hotel provided services like scooter rental arrangement and tour arrangement. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will stay in this hotel next time for sure if the rate remains the same.

コストパフォーマンスが悪すぎです

トイレが詰まっている。夕食前に修理を依頼し、夕食後「直った」との返事だったが、直っていない。滞在中トイレは使用できず。シャワーの排水もあふれそうになり、全体的に水回りが弱い。バスルームの入り口の寝室のﾌﾛｰﾘﾝｸﾞは波打っており、過去に幾度となく洪水が起きたであろうことが推測される。部屋から出るときも（窓から出入りする）ふくらはぎまで水が来ておりとても不便（雨季ではあるが）。部屋からの眺望もなく、お正月とはいえ、これで５００００円越えはいかがなものかと思った。朝食も豪華なビュッフェが当たり前のタイの高級ホテルと比較するとあまりにも貧弱。TVのチャンネルも１０ほどで日本はもちろん、タイのテレビも視聴できない。

Tivemos uma série de problemas no hotel: o sistema de aquecimento da água do quarto demorou uma tarde toda para ser resolvido, houve falta de luz, você não tem privacidade quando existem pessoas nos outros flats. Com as chuvas o hotel ficou literalmente debaixo dagua e os funcionários não conseguiam dar conta dos problemas que estavam ocorrendo no hotel. Para exemplificar tiveram flats que a água estava transborbando pelos ralos do banheiro. Não chegou a acontecer isso comigo no hotel, mas quando saímos, tivemos que sair descalços até a recepção carregando as malas para não molhar tudo. Para finalizar, eu teria que pegar um ferry boat para Ko Tao e solicitei a recepção que confirmasse o barco, inicalmente ela disse que não iria mais sair o barco mas na hora do check out insisti para que confirmassem de novo... enfim por pouco não perdi meu transporte paea Ko Tao.

My stay at Tides Samui was beyond expectation. The villa was beautiful and clean and the restaurant has a great view with good food. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. My words are not enough how wonderful it was to stay here.

멋진 경치와 아침 식사는 정말 환상적입니다

호텔바로앞에 조그만 비치가 있고 비치를 보며 호텔수영장에서 수영할수 있고 그 비치앞에 오픈되어있는 레스토랑에서 멋진 경치를 보며 매일 아침먹는 기분은 정말 기억에 오래 남을것 같습니다 직원들 모두 친절하고 시설들도 모두 깨끗합니다 다만 택시운전사들이 잘 몰라서 헤매는거 말고는 정말 좋았습니다

新的酒店，小小的，只有十來家Villa，很寧靜，整潔舒適，服務員非常友善，早晨即點即做，非常用心。地點有點偏，但酒店有提供租車或接送服務。
