Amazing hotel!! Service and all the staff were all great! Pool area and beach were relaxing and fun. Great food at the restauarant. We rented a pool suite and they were very nice, outdoor bathrooms, comfy beds and pillows.

First impressions were terrible of this resort The hotel is showing many signs of poor maintenance Its basically a concrete jungle and not inviting at all the beach club was deserted and furniture is desperate need f replacement Breakfast buffet consisted of the normal items whoever the rice , brown bread and cereal were all stale, ...i never tried it again after that we ate dinner one night for which was a set course and it was a poor quality for the price i asked for a taxi one day and thet told me to walk 10 mins and hail one rathet t I was extremely disappointed and so will you be if you book the resort

When we entered the room, we saw a lot of ants at the bathroom. After we killed them, we just saw some. The room is quite comfortable, but the queen bed is too soft and the swimming pool is quite depth (it stated 1.5 m, but we can quite sure its depth more than 1.6 m). The staff is very nice and helpful. Overall, it is recommended to stay here.

Great hotel - main pools not that big and beach/se

Although the view from the bar/restaurant areas overlooking the sea was beautiful the beach was quite gritty with a lot of coral. Also the water is very very shallow. Whilst this may be good for some it meant if you wanted to swim you had to walk a long long way out over the rocky coral sand. Overall hotel was good. Staff friendly and efficient and our villa was excellent - just what we were looking for a spacious place to unwind. We had a two bed modern pool villa with its own small pool.

Dejlig ferie på lækkert hotel

Vi havde 16 dejlige dage i en 2-værelses pool villa. Værelserne var fine og poolen var rigtig stor. Der var et fint og ret stort udendørsareal hvor der også var et køkken og opholdsområde. Det fungerede rigtig fint, da vi rejste med vores to små børn. Personalet er virkelig søde og servicemindede - og det er lige fra tjenerne til rengøringspersonalet. De var specielt glade for vores børn. Maden er fin uden at være fantastisk, dog i den høje ende prismæssigt. Morgenmaden var rigtig fin, med et godt udvalg. Resortet ligger ned til stranden, men den ende af stranden er ikke særlig god. Det er meget lavvande og dermed også meget varmt vand. Det ligger i udkanten af Lamai, så der sker ikke så meget i nærheden, men der ligger dog nogle ok restauranter i nærheden, samt et Mini Mart og massagested. Det tager kun 5 min. i taxa til Lamai, og man kan også gå derned langs stranden. Da stedet også fungerer som beach club, er der til tider meget høj musik. Det var nogle gange så højt at var umuligt at føre en samtale, også inde i restauranten, det var helt unødvendigt. Fitnessrummet kunne godt trænge til en modernisering, dog var der hvad man skulle bruge. Der er wifi på hele resortet, men det er meget langsomt. Det var nærmest umuligt at streame film på telefon/iPads, specielt i løbet af dagtimerne

שהיינו במלון 4 ימים ,ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת ,אווירה שקטה וטובה ,הצוות מסביר פנים ,הים שצמוד למלון מאכזב מאוד הכל אבנים ומים רדודים גם שהולכים 300 מטר בתוך הים ,המיקום לא לפה ולא לפה תמיד צריך מונית להגיע למסעדה וכו
