Stayed here on a family holiday in 2 double rooms. Convenient location as we were driving and good value. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms with amenities available as required. This property was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit of a trek from the Kofu Station, so getting around by train took some effort. The unit is small, but we just needed a place to sleep at night after our long days exploring, so the price was good for our needs. They even provide the toiletries and sleep shirts like a larger hotel would do.
