They had great water pressure and hot water. The pool was nice as well as free breakfast. The walls are paper thin though and it’s like you’re going to sleep in a night club. Very loud

Bugs. The cleanliness of our room looked okay at first glance. But upon a closer inspection of the bed we found reddish stains on the sheets and mattress, and saw small insects crawling around as well. We checked out immediately without staying the night.

Loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. As I checked in I was warned about the noise from the beach from 8pm-1am. What she didn’t warn me about was the construction work right next to my window from 7am-8pm. Then also the noise from other guests from 1am-3am. Or the cleaners because their closet was right next to my room starting at 8am. The walls were paper thin. I had a view of a wall. I could hear everything the people in the room beside were saying. The pool was like a paddling pool with no beds just small seats. The only good thing about this property was the bed, it was extremely comfy. There should be some warning for travellers like myself who are travelling alone and not going to beach parties etc. It is the perfect hotel for those who want to party. But DO NOT stay there if you are looking to relax.

Loved the location and surroundings of the hotel. The hotel rooms look much bigger in the picture then they actually are in real life ... and the washrooms have taps rusting, which could use some fixing. Overall, not bad! But amazing location that makes up for it !

What do you expect from a 2 star hotel

The beacha was recommended to me by a friend due to the fact the party on the beach is right in front of the hotel and if you get a little to wasted no need to walk miles to your hotel. The hotel smelled like cat. The rooms were clean it. The free breakfast was very limited but after party hopping who walkers up before 10 anyway. If you’re planning to sleep here choose another hotel. If you’re planning to party on the beach all night then this hotel is your beat bet. You have the boat taxi right in front as well to take you all around the surrounding islands.

Over priced for what it is

Cost us £60 for one night and for the standard of the room we would of payed less for a room in London! Does the job if you want quick access to the beach and beach parties but not for £60 a night. We payed slightly less for a beautiful hotel in phi phi which made this one look awful. When we arrived the room was covered in flies so I asked them to spray it with fly killer. Also had a lizard in the bathroom which isn't a problem to us but might be to someone else. The walls are very thin so you can here everything next door are doing. You can hear the music from the beach yes but you should expect this from a party hotel.

Not suitable to Families with Small kids

Ko Phi Phi is so small that basically any hotel would do, but this one is has a great access to the beach (not the best though) but is side by side to the hot spots after hours. There are rooms that will be far enough from the high music to the point that will not bother you, but the hotel is entirely constructed of tin wood and you will hear lots of noise. On the other hand, party life is what Phi Phi is all about, so this spot will be great for that reason. Parents with (small) kids: STAY AWAY. You will hate this place. But if you like to have fun, then go for it. Compared is a good cost for the benefits offered. Service is not good at all, but you will not be mistreated, so good enough. I'm on my fifties and I had a blast with my wife there.
