Room was clean and nice. As we needed a spare bed, this was found to be very uncomfortable and not pleasant to sleep on but the main bed was decent. The pools and water slides were not as advertised. Even though it was just at the beginning of the peak season, their pools were not filled, no slides operating, and the whole pool park aspect was very negative. Staff was very friendly and accommodating though.

amazing views from a really spacious balcony. they have. shuttle available for guests as the hotel is up a mountain. staff is kind, there's a breakfast buffet and a restaurant nearby.

Place was dirty, water park was shut down, receptionist was rude because our room wasn’t ready, limited transportation. We didn’t even get checked in and I had other guest telling me that their rooms were full of cockroaches. We never stayed at the resort

Clean place, good food, away from town and hugeeeee plus to staying here is free shuttle anytime you need until 9pm after 9 its 100 baht per person more then fair. The drivers are beyond friendly and kind. Rooms are super nice, we had the pool view with a little bit of an ocean view and it was awesome. Comfy bed and good shower. Lots of space and if you need the couch folds into a bed. Would stay again for sure.

Disappointing

We booked this hotel for the water park however when we arrived the water park was closed and would not open during our stay. Had we known we would have booked closer to the beach. The hotel communicated many things prior to our arrival with us but never that the water park was closed and was not even willing to upgrade our room for the inconvenience until we insisted and even at that it was only for one night. And then we had to change rooms. After 9pm you have to pay for shuttle which is fine however the drivers took our money. And then we were also charged again at check out. Location is off the beaten path but shuttle is helpful and the hotel had nice views and a nice breakfast. Most of the staff was very pleasant and kind outside of check in. WiFi did not work for first day but was fixed the second day. Not sure I would stay here again.

Overall very nice hotel, shuttle service was actually working very smooth. Shuttle service to beach or to town was every hour. We really enjoyed the stay. The only downside is pool area, it’s more water park area than pool relax area.

Não voltaria. Pelas fotos o hotel parecia muito bom, porém ao chegar não tinha infraestrutura nenhuma funcionando. O parque aquático estava desativado, o que não foi dito no momento da reserva pois o nosso quarto dava acesso free A piscina do hotel ficava extremamente longe, você tinha que pegar uma “van” a cada hora pra ir e voltar da piscina Para ir ao centro da cidade a mesma coisa, esperar a cada 1 hora a van passar ou pagar a corrida Coisas que também não foram ditas durante a reserva, o que acabou gerando grande impacto na nossa logística O quarto era limpo, porém também não colocaram a cama que solicitei, uma king, deixaram 2 camas de solteiro no quarto sendo que somos um casal A recepcionista tentava mas como não falava bem a língua inglesa, a comunicação era bem difícil e demorada

Hôtel très agréable La chambre est magnifique et fonctionnelle Le petit déjeuner bon et le restaurant bénéficie d’une vue imprenable sur le golf Bémol pour la piscine qui ne fonctionnait pas et le fait qu’on nous facture les navettes après 21h L’hôtel est inaccessible à pieds car trop loin de la ville, ce n’est pas au client de payer le transport surtout à cette heure là; les navettes devraient systématiquement être comprises dans le prix

Hotel bonito alejado del turismo masivo de Phi Phi pero con transporte gratuito cada hora a la ciudad y la playa. Dos playas a 15 min caminando, una de ellas de las mejores de la isla.

Notre chambre n'etait pas terminée, nous n'avions ni table de chevet, ni lampe de chevet, ne table d'appoint sur la terasse. Pas non plus de coffre fort Des amis dans une autre chambre (la meme que la notre) avaient des peignoires et des tongs mais pas nous la reception ne nous en as jamais emmener. Plus que décevant pour le prix du logement Une navette gratuute est disponible pour la ville mais passé 22h il faut payer pour remonter! Je n'y retournerais pas
