Nice hotel with pool

It was decent, though it wasn’t so clean. The towels and blankets seemed a bit dirty but it didn’t bother me too much. The room was nice and so was the pool. I liked the location and would stay on that hotel again.

Great value for relaxed feel on island

Chunut house was a lovely place to stay in phi phi. It’s a little out of the way of the party bars but still just a few minutes walk away. The staff were very friendly, however did not speak a lot of English so sometimes communication took awhile but they tried their best to accommodate! They stored our luggage free for the day after check out. The bungalows are a relaxing place to stay, with big rooms and AC. The pool was great and relaxing tree and hill views at the hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Loved this property! Staff was very friendly and carried our luggage up many flights of stairs. We showed up a bit earlier than check in time, but they had our room ready and let us check in upon arrival. Pool was nice and clean. Room was very clean. Nice balcony facing the pool. Location is great and easily walkable to the pier, beach, and shops and restaurants.

Don't go for standard room!

We were renting the standard room, Room is rather dark at night, many mosquito, curtain has a big hole on both side (which can't totally close well), walk way was dark and needs to use torch light. But for deluxe room is better, which can fit 3 people. Room condition is better and not as dark as standard. Location was fine, follow the yellow lane and turn right after 'The Rock bar'. You will see it on your right after 5mins walk.

Great for the price!

We only stayed here for 3 nights but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were always cleaned daily and all the staff at the front desk are wonderful. Although it may not seem so cheap, for the size of the room and the fact its on Phi Phi island (a more expensive part of Thailand) it's really value for your money.

Basic room

Wasn't really welcomed when we arrived just told to sign paperwork and given a key. Room was basic, a bed, telly, no wardrobe/kettle etc. The shower was cold and would trickle out, one time they left our room unlocked after cleaning! Bed was hard so didn't sleep well and air con kept turning off so got very hot! Ants in the room and safe was broken.. Was told they would fix it the next day but nobody did. Work was also being done on a few of the huts at all hours!

Minha experiência não foi muito boa pois as imagens do meu quarto quando fiz a reserva não condiziam com o que encontrei quando cheguei. Meu quarto não tinha acesso à internet pois o hotel não tem um repetidor de sinal, logo onde chegava o sinal funcionava, onde não chegava não funcionava. Minha cama era arrumada todos os dias porém os lençóis não foram substituídos nem uma vez visto que no primeiro dia eu derramei um copo de Coca Cola no lençol e a mesma mancha seguiu lá até o último dia de minha estadia, que foram de 8 dias. Tentei almoçar no hotel um dia e as três opções do cardápio que pedi não tinham. A minha reserva contava com uma cama king size porém eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, havia um buraco entre eu e minha namorada, por esse motivo não achei nada confortável. O atendente que ficava a noite não falava ingles e era impossível se comunicar com ele. De pontos positivos vi o atendimento diurno, pessoas bem educadas e a piscina que é boa e bonita.
