It was ok for two nights The resort could do with a good make over it is getting old. Curtain ripped pool towels getting old. Staff very helpful and friendly. Overal very clean. Breakfast with good.

Best time on Koh Chang

Were upgraded to beach bungalow. Very nice. Good breakfast, very friendly staff, nice comfortable room, well maintained garden. Actually nothing to complain about.

Pretty bad

We booked room type villa and it was terrible. The room is small, dark and damp, it smells. The aircon works not very well. The bathroom has space between ceiling and walls so the leaves and insects can come inside. The location is nice but there are a lot of other hotels and resorts around. Breakfast was good, beach is wonderfull. The staff at the reception was unhelpfull and it seems they don't like anyone. Wifi is annoying. It turns off about several times a day.
