The hotel is in a good location I think. We found several good restaurants to eat and and the kids loved the water park. They had a blast playing there. But there was never clean towels. As soon as the lady would bring them, the visitors would go grab way more than they were needing. Our room was nasty. Your feet stuck to the floor, there was trash in the floor of our room. My three year old found a Yahoo drink under the air conditioner he tried to finish off. When I went to brush my teeth there was a pubic hair in the sink. The next morning we couldn't even bring ourselves to try the free breakfast for fear of getting sick from dirty dishes. At 12:30am a man got into a cussing match with someone outside of our hotel room. I do know that isn't something the hotel can really help, but it made the night worse. there was some kind of noise or talking that seemed to be going on all night. It seems that the walls are made of paper they are so thin. By three in the morning my husband and I were ready to leave. Neither one of us were able to sleep.

Every thing was great we had a wonderful two nights the beds were clean bathroom clean and big. They also and a good breakfast.

Hotel was okay. Bed sucked. My 3 kids enjoyed the water, but the the amount of clorine ruined everyone's suits, and my kids hair is still gross feeling a week later. Like I said my kids had a blast, but I won't stay here again if I'm ever back in Knoxville

Room smelled like septic back up. Purchased Fabreeze to cover the smell Coverlets had stains - one had obvious blood stains. One of the two beds was comfortable Doors were very tight, we had to use force to open them (front and bathroom doors) The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly.

It was just a few hours i slept there. I didn't get to experience much of it because I arrive at midnight and left at 8 in the morning so who cares

Nice place! Took both children one age 2 and other age 4. They loved the kid area with slides and other fun waterpark things.

Wonderful place to take your children... super clean and everyone was friendly!

We only stayed here for one night and it was the perfect fit for us :-) everything was clean and everything was advertised exactly how it was supposed to be!

I couldn't, was so humid in the room. You can hear everything outside. Will deff never stay at a quality inn ever again.

Great place to stay would love to stay a lot longer however it was time to get back to work.

Very nice. Good place to stay as a half way mark to rest for the night and begin again.

Nothing to complain about. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

We didn't intend on spending much time in the hotel, so we opted for this economical option. The room was basic but clean. The noise level was low excluding the traffic through VERY heavy exterior doors causing frequent bangs. The location in west Knoxville was convenient for our needs. You get what you pay for here, so remember that you don't pay very much here and you'll be fine.

My kids loved this hotel, because of the water park, but the room was small, dirty, and uncomforable. There was no fruit or yogurt at the breakfast, just waffles, cereal, and stale bagels.

Super nice employees. Kids were in heaven at the pool. Breakfast was awesome. Totally recommended.

Upon arriving we were greeted at the door by the staff. Checkin went fast. The room was very clean and quite large. Bed was very comfortable. Area access to whatever we wanted was all within a mile radius. Check out was fast. We will be staying there again. Thanks to all.

This hotel seemed to be new from photos of pool area and the room. Upon arrival, it seemed that it had just opened... Not a permanent sign on outside of building, but banner. At front desk, phones on floor behind desk. When I asked about length of time open it had been 11 months... Odd, I thought. Doesn't have a visible elevator and we were directed to access our room through the pool/waterpark area. The chlorine stench and humidity caused us to lose our breath when we walked to our room. The room opened directly into the pool area, not an interior hall or even to a normal outside area. The room was old and poorly repaired. My final conclusion/assumption was that this property was old and they added an enclosed waterpark/pool for drawing new customers. The air conditioner was cold, the shower acceptable, the beds slept well, and breakfast was the normal fare typical of included breakfast with a room. I wonder if this really meets with the standards of the Quality Inn franchise.

The water playground is Awesome. I plan on recommending it to my son's family for their boys. For myself - well; the bathroom was so small we actually took the toilet paper off the roller because it couldn't be reached while seated without twisting an arm out of socket; the exhaust fan in the restroom did not work; and the shower head was anemic at best. Other than my seeming fascination with the bathroom, the room was fine, but thanks to the 1 1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the door it was very noisy. We heard noises from the water playground although our room was not adjacent to this area. We could also hear everyone coming and going outside the room - some folks get very early starts. The next evening we placed some towels at the bottom of the door. This helped to dampen the outside noises and we actually slept in! Personally, I would have loved a fridge in the room. There was room for one, but we made do without. The staff however was excellent - friendly, helpful, and interested.

The hotel only gets a 2 star because as was advertised NOT ever room has refrig and micro, there are only two rooms with refig and microwaves.... there was no excerise room as stated. only one ice machine. The staff was excellent. When; I told them I was there for the week they gladly switched my room to the suite with the refrig and micro.. no charge. they were excellent...if you have kids and don't need refrig or micro the pool area is excellent for that type of family...

It was perfect for a trip with small children. They loved the water slide, pool & hot tube.
