Expensive for a room with old outdated furniture; super small TV with few channels. And breakfast was horrible.

My stay was very good. The staff in the hotel was great, everyone asking what else they could do for me. Room was very clean. Hotel was in good location and easy to get to and from. The only thing I was let dow about was an additional charge for Internet service each day. Service was free in lobby, but not in rooms. Overall a very nice stay in Knoxville.

Great hotel, very clean, very comfortable beds. Quiet, great restaurants.

We stayed here for a UT game and were pleased with the location and hospitality of the hotel. They had little sugar cookies waiting for us with our team colors upon check in. The staff was excellent in the dining room. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet on Saturday before the game. Our room was very large and comfortable. The décor was a little outdated but still in good shape. The elevators were fast. We would love to stay there again.

Hotel is a good value, a great location, staff was outstanding, accommodating and friendly.

The room was super cozy bad the elevator was amazing. I would stay again.

great lounging area for visits. No surprises! Room was comfortable. Bathroom was clean but could have been larger. Stayed in a connecting room. Could hear noise through the door.

Love the architecture; very impressive lobby. A great bed that I wanted to take home. Pay-for internet is kind of bogus. Walking distance (2 miles) to UT campus and Downtown Market Square.

The room was nice and the concierge was extremely helpful. However, the dining options were marginal and the fact that there was a daily charge for internet access is inexcuseable. I would not choose this hotel again, if I did not have to.

Nicer than expected for the rate. Easy to find and has interesting dramatic architecture. We were very pleased.

We were looking for a hotel to stop at on our way to Myrtle Beach, SC. Knoxville was the perfect stopping point. After a little research on [...], we decided on the Knoxville Marriott. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The rooms are a little on the smaller side, but the amenities made up for the lack of space. My children loved the buffet breakfast in the morning and the coffee was good and strong. We liked this hotel well enough to stay there again on the way back.

Great staff! Great location! Reasonably priced.

Friendly staff, clean rooms.

I arrived at 10 PM only to leave at 4 AM for an early flight the following day. I was promptly given a room and when the tv didn't work I was moved promptly to another room. Great location close to great restaurants.

Great location with shuttle service to UT Neylum stadium. We would recommend this motel.

I stayed at the Knoxville Marriott for a phish concert. When I checked into this large hotel i was excited to see the room. When i got to the room and realized that it was a room with a hallway on either side, i was very disappointed. "oh look out the window! its the lobby!!" they should have just put me in a maintenance closet, or just set up a tent in the parking lot. what a joke. Goodbye Orbitz you've lost my business.

room was great, service was great, staff were all very friendly and helpful

The Knoxville Marriott is a beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We were glad the room service was extended to midnight since we didn't get in from the UT game until 11:30. The room itself was clean and big enough to relax in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Having stayed in Knoxville many years ago, we were unsure what to expect when we arrived for our stay. Pleasingly we found the same great hotel and very friendly staff at receeption and restaurants. The only downside was they had hardwired internet service in the rooms costing $9.99 per day.
