We booked this hotel, last minute, for a weeks trip to Knoxville. We got the room at a great rate and we were so pleased. This room is SO clean! That's always the biggest factor for me. And the staff was so accommodating to us, as we were traveling with a one year old.

Nice hotel. It was an impromptu trip and we were very pleased with the hotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

It was a nice hotel. It had everything I needed and the staff was very friendly.

the location, amenities and service made my first visit to knoxville comfortable and memorable

Beds were so high I short person could no easily get in and out. Food was boring at best. Very limited menu. The $10 a day for car parking was not mentioned until checkout. Front desk staff was very good.

Great location, easy to walk to downtown or campus. Staff was excellent we asked to be moved because there was a loud child n the too next to us and the staff was quick to offer us a new room with no problems. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for one night on my way to Florida. Very nice staff, very friendly and polite. Reasonably good location, walking distance to downtown. The room was clean. I would stay again.

great hotel just not close to any restuarants ( walking distance)

Place was under renovation or so it seemed. Smell of paint very evident. Elevators extremely slow. Luggage carts not to found in garage area if you wish to handle your own luggage. Very handy to Univ. of Tenn. Would look for alternative on next visit.

Staff was extremely helpful and so will plan to stay at this hotel each time visiting UTK over next four-plus years.

This hotel was fantastic! Staff was friendly. Loved it!

Cool locale, but not a whole lot else. It fits the bill

The personnel was not the most helpful, but the room was ok. It is not exactly downtown, so walking to the main downtown area takes about 15-20 minutes. Ok place to stay for a couple of nights.

This hotel is nice. My only gripes were that the carpet had a few stains near the bathroom which is pretty disgusting and that they do not advertise their parking fee on their site. I read the reviews and saw that there would be a $8 charge so I was prepared but they should list this in the details about the hotel. I used the gym which was adequate.

Just wanted a staycation in knoxville, and spent the evening downtown. Short walk to Market Square and Gay St. Was a perfect night! Would stay there again!

This hotel was in a good location for our needs, but was nothing special. The room was clean, but there was no fridge. The beds throughout the hotel were noisy (if you know what I mean). Parking in the garage was extra and should have been included in the high room rate. There was no UT game that weekend, so the rate was out of line.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Great location. Will definitely return.

The customer service was above and beyond expectations! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It's a nice atmosphere to return to after a long work day. This is the only hotel I will stay at when in Knoxville. I will be staying at this hotel again later this week. Unfortunately there is no refrigerators in the standard hotel rooms.

I was on a business trip and everything at the hotel went very well. Many places to eat within walking distance.

A short overnight stay for us in Knoxville as we ended a wonderful vacation seeing the Smoky Mountains. We spent a night at this hotel returning from the Smokies and flying out of Knoxville in the AM. The hotel was a quiet respite and pleasant way to end the vacation week. Staff was very friendly and helpful with every interaction. Our room felt very large and open as we had an end room with 3 windows. We relaxed and regrouped for our flight home in the AM. We were directed to dinner at Calhoun's on the River and were able to sit on the patio on a warm May evening and enjoy our dinner in the outdoors. I'm sorry we were not able to visit and appreciate the city of Knoxville but we were impressed with the friendliness of all the people with whom we interacted.
