Upon check-in I learned there were no elevators so I had to carry my heavy suitcases upstairs. This property does not meet ADA standards. There is a heavy smell of marijuana in the hallways and the first room that I was assigned the smell got so bad in there that I had to change rooms and still place a towel under the door to prevent other smells from entering my room. The rooms were not very clean either. One of the evenings that I stayed here, around 2 o'clock in the morning there was a fight in the hallway with a woman screaming at the top of her lungs at her mate all the while he was yelling for his dog that got out. This is a no smoking property however it is not enforced and the entire lobby and hallways smell heavily of marijuana. This establishment would not be suitable for children unfortunately. I will not be staying at this establishment again. The staff did not seem to care that that there was not an elevator and would not answer me when I asked what they would do if I was wheelchair bound. They did not seem to care about the drug use either. The man that helped me switch rooms was accommodating to the best of his ability however there was a language barrier. Needless to say, I am disappointed and expected something better based off of the online rating and pictures.

Price was good, but the room was very old. Counters and chair had nicks and damage. One kitchen drawer completely missing. kitchen sink dripped. A stove knob fell off on its own & couldn't be reattached. The security bar/latch on door was broken off. Bedside lamp had no bulb. There is no ice machine in this hotel. Sheets and towels were clean. A/C worked well. Front desk lady was friendly, available and helpful. Parking was free.

I saw an accurate review too late. Had I not paid in advance, I would have hi tailed it out. Tons of smoke in the lobby and it got worse headed to the room. Our room initially smelled of paint, which I thought was a blessing. The smoke overpowered that paint in a hurry. Towels were either just folded again after animal bathing, or just naturally hairy. Wear your shoes at all times. For the first time ever I put a chair to help secure the door. I know it was not an expensive option, but since it was close to destination. Highly advise, KEEP LOOKING

Smelled of smoke

My boyfriend and I were only there to sleep, so we didn't get the fully experience of the hotel. However, as soon as we walked into the lobby to check in, we smelled strong smoke from cigarettes. The odor kind of went away as we walked closer to the hotel room, but we could still smell it a little.

This is the place for you! But only if you're looking for guests walking around the lobby, drinking liquor from a bottle, 30+ hairs in your shower, and just mini muffins as your "free breakfast"! The guest ratings did not match the actual hotel stay...

Great people, great bed, room not the best

The people were amazing, the bed great! The towels were soft and clean. The room was half way below the ground and there was mold in a lot of places. The door electronic worked but the handle did not work…but the other people there on the floor were great and friendly. I felt safe there with the nice people.

While the area was nice and the staff seemed friendly with the limited amount of interaction we had. Only minor complaint was there were no plastic cups in the bathroom. If you were planning on staying there more than a few days and want to use the kitchen to cook food instead of eating out you will need to bring your own pots and pans and dining ware. Or rent it from the hotel. I do understand why they rent it out because they have to make sure that it is clean properly after you leave. Their on site breakfast options are coffee, oatmeal and granola bars. But there are plenty of places to get breakfast in the area. I would consider staying here again if I need to go back to Knoxville.
